Well I tried
Well I tried. Absolute shocker of a company. Bought car end of last year. From the off cruise control did not work and knocking from front left brake. Went in 4 times to sort and each time came back out with problems still there. They have tried to fix so credit there. Car has spent best part of weeks all in in their garage. Was booked in again for 8th April. I have decided to sell car and cut my losses. Asked for small compensation of £500 to save them the labour time, the parts etc which for the issues and the stress this has caused was a fair and reasonable request. Thrown back in my face with manager and staff becoming very argumentative and finally I was told to never come back. So now left with issues not sorted and no offer to cut our losses. The worst garage I have dealt with and considering I've used Arnold Clark, that's saying something.
