My son's team went to Nationals unexpectedly. So I received an urgent request to get luggage tags with my son's team logo created and in their hands within 5 days for their flight of 30 people with luggage for a week and each boy's equipment bags (ice hockey). I scrambled looking for someone who could do a professional job with a short turn around time. I located Alta Graphics via a web search with great reviews. So, over the weekend I uploaded the artwork, laid out what I was looking for and Monday morning was contacted by Daniel in customer service who passed the art work to Alejandro. Alejandro made some great suggestions, he rushed them through, we expedited shipment and I had them in hand on Friday to hand out to the team for our Sunday a.m. flight! I couldn't ask for a better experience, thanks so much!!

To update, the product finally was delivered. The cards are great and very happy with how they turned out. My frustration was with communication. I am updating their rating because of the quality of product.
So far my experience has been poor. It has not helped that due to bad weather here on Sunday my package is 10 miles away, but won’t be delivered.
On Nov 20th, I placed my order, received proof, and approved later that day. Aside from acknowledging my initial order, I only received an email with my proof.
I really didn’t know if Friday after Thanksgiving was a business day or not... finally last Friday, 11/30, I sent a customer inquiry about my order. I received a call from Daniel that my order was to be delivered that day. After that call I received an email with a tracking number, that information didn’t match what customer service told me. I didn’t see the email until after I got home expecting to see my package. I see today that they sent an email that landed in spam telling me of the error, which I had already figured out.
Much of my aggravation could have been avoided by timely updates about my order.
So will see what tomorrow brings... UPS not under your control, but they just made the transaction even more crappy.

Despite my inefficient computer graphic skills, they were able to put together beautiful gift cards for me, with all the bells and whistle I wanted. What was a complicated, dreaded to-do for me became an easy, enjoyable quality product! Thank you so much!!! Will use for all my future graphic needs!
