Ordering process was very easy. Shipping process was fast and my 30 mil gift cards look very professional. The image I provided looks great, love the glossy cards. I will be back to order again.

It was a very good experience starting from asking prices until books handling both in person and through phone conversations.

Fast and good end product; no sense of price as did not compare shop

Atla Graphics was absolutely amazing! Their customer service was outstanding... I had a crazy deadline and they beat by a mile. Thank you so much! I recommend to everybody.

They advertise that they sell "Plastic" business and membership cards. We phoned to specifically ask... "are these actual printed, plastic cards, or are they laminated?" Were told they are not laminate, but are actual printed plastic. Placed order. They came on time, and good quality print. But NOT printed plastic. They are definitely laminated cards, and are not the same result. Phoned to figure out if they had mis-entered or mis-printed the order, and were told that was "their plastic card". Asked to have management phone back, and it's been a month. No call back. Look- If I order a steak, and instead get chicken, it can be good chicken, and it can be a meal, but it's NOT steak. Deliver what you sell, or don't sell it at all.

The design was perfect exactly what I want

Prices and turnaround times are excellent, but, they don't sacrifice customer service for the quality product and pricing.

Product came out nice. We will be re-ordering. A little trouble with response times back from reps.

Job was very well done and in the promised time frame. Will definitively use them again.

Great service! Perhaps a little faster response to emails would be a good suggestion, but overall very pleased with the service and products at Alta Graphics. Katey has been extremely helpful!
