James at Alpha contracts has been absolutely fantastic. We couldn't make the numbers work on the initial car I was interested in, but he came back to me with a few options and we went with an Omoda7 PHEV and I'm really impressed.
I hadn't done a PCH lease before and James was really patient in answering all my stupid questions, so thanks a lot. Would definitely recommend!

This is our first time leasing a car and Alex was patient and careful to ensure we understood the process.

From our first phone call she answered my many questions, gave us great options on cars and prices and valuable advice on different packages.

I'd say she went above and beyond and was helping explain things like gap insurance and services.

The car arrived after the 14 day cool down period in immaculate condition and Alex was communicative throughout the process, providing us with the reg so we could get insurance etc. sorted beforehand.

We have this car for 3 years but will be returning to Alpha when it's time!
