Allcare Monkstown is a great family pharmacy. I also order some items online to be delivered there and I get my monthly prescriptions from the pharmacist Ronan.

Great price on perfume, bought Kevin Klein her for a good price and deliver it to the pharmacy bit later than expected but it was Christmas order at few more and they were delivered faster recommending ,will use again.

I ordered a parcel on the 29th of November for click and collect. I have been to the store twice to see was the parcel delivered. I have also contacted customer service twice and I have heard nothing back. The set was supposed to be a gift for Christmas and it looks like I will not have it on time. The lack of communication has been incredibly disappointing. I did not want to leave a one star review but I am hoping this will get a noticed as there has been no communication so far.

Do not order online for collection in store. No way to contact by phone. In store claim orders have nothing to do with them. 8 days later, an online enquiry (very quick response rate according to our local store) 2 emails, 2 instore visits and a phone call to the local store...... still no sign or knowledge of where my order is 4 days before Christmas. Very poor customer service experience.

3 days delay on an item which was essential and urgently needed, post-surgery. While ordering the item online, I was informed of delivery on a certain date and expected maybe a day of delay. The product was delivered 3 days later at my local pharmacy.

The service from Allcare Pharmacy is normally excellent, but this time I only received one of my items. I got an email saying, one of the items is no longer available and a refund would be processed. It some weeks later and still no refund.

I'm still waiting on customer service to reply and send me a return form from 2 weeks ago?? I understand it has been busy with bla k Friday but 2 weeks for a reply is not good enough
