First order was lost and I had to email twice and comment on an instagram post to get an answer.
Order was resent and bottle is defective - have emailed twice again and no answer.
Will not order from all care again.

Order went missing no reply from customer care. Subsequent parcels very efficient but would have loved reply from customer care.

I ordered a straighteners on the Allcare website with a gift card, but changed my mind the next day, so I emailed and cancelled the order. I explained my reasons for cancelling, expecting to hear back from customer service that the order was cancelled and my refund was on the way. Instead, Allcare sent the straighteners to the sligo store for collection anyway. They then replied to my cancellation email the following day after delivery and said I have to download a refunds form from the website (when they could have cancelled it before delivery and refunded me). I don't have access to a printer, so now I can't get my refund and I'm not collecting the straighteners either. Never ordering anything from Allcare ever again.

Next day delivery and a discount code available

Got an email with estimated time my click and collect order would arrive to store. Arrived an hour after the recommended time window, was informed no parcel there. Was told the driver was due to arrive any minute. When he did I was told my parcel wasn’t there. When I asked what should I do, the shop assistant said she didn’t know. My parcel was found a few minutes later, but the process was far from stress free and convenient.

I ordered a Hot Tools volumiser hair dryer for delivery to my local store. It was ready for collection within a day, arrived in perfect condition and was excellent value at €59. (If you haven't used a Hot Tools volumiser before and have chin length or longer hair, get to it! It's a fantastic piece of kit.)
