I booked a tailor-made Umrah package on relatively short notice. Zia was very transparent and honest. Arrangements were made promptly and all relevant documents sent to me ahead of time. During the Umrah trip itself, Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly. I had also pre-booked ground transport which was very professional and prompt. Would definitely recommend the travel agent.

I booked for UMRA with my wife early in September to start on 1/12/2022. My contact person throughout is very a very polite and considerate gentleman called Usman. He speaks professionally and very clear. The initial quote was very competitive using Saudi airline (4 flights). To my surprise, I was advised by Usman that Saudi airline has substantially increased their faire by £510.00. This happened one 5 weeks before departure. I had no other option but to pay the difference. However, I contacted Saudi airline who confirmed recent rise in their fair, and I become certain it was not a fool play by aerolink. Also, 2 weeks before departure the Hotel in medina was changed to Crown Plasza which was equally good at no extra charges. Otherwise, every thing went very smooth with out any problem. The transfer and Zeyarat were super efficient and we had no problems. There was no problems accepting the Hotel Vouchers (I had horrendous problem on previous booking with other agency). Usman was really supportive and went at length to explain things clearly.
One comment I want add. When I did the booking we chose to fly from Jeddah to Medina and back. I did know at the time that there is an alternative of high speed train from Jaddah to Makka and Medina link.As I thinks this far more convenient I than air travel, feel it should havee been mentioned by Usman at the time of booking.

In any case the sevice we had is really excellent and I will not hesitate to use him for next Umra and Haj Inshallah. I am recommending him to my fiends and relatives.

I just went to Umrah in October 2022 with my family for a 2-week package and booked with this travel agency and was served with a great guy named Usman. He helped and guided me throughout and always answered my calls by explaining everything I asked. Even when I called and he couldn't answer, he would call back ASAP. Whatever he explained to us before going, that is what we almost got except a few things - which I think he may not have known. Overall, I am happy, so I am giving 5 stars because of Usman's behaviour.
FYI: I would like to let you know as information thst if you go on Umrah visa then you have no problem to book a place on the app to pray in Riyaz ul Jannah and to openly bring zamzam from the airport. But if you go on Tourist Visa then this *may* cause a problem to book on the app to pray as the app says you have a tourist visa so cannot book for Riyaz ul Jannah and also can't openly bring zamzam at the airport. (Maybe only if you book in luggage).

I normally don’t write reviews but I am tempted to write a review for hajjandumrahexperts.co.uk trading name Aerolinks Travel Limited. I found this company through a Google search as I was planning to travel to perform Umrah with my family. I found the staff very professional. So I decided to purchase the package. I paid the initial deposit. The agent I dealt with was Ahmed Riaz. After I paid the deposit, Ahmed sent me the confirmation. As agreed with Ahmed, I have to pay half of the trip money within two days. However, as I was searching about the company I found some bad reviews about the company on Trustpilot. That left me concerned because I paid the deposit and I was worried that these reviews were extremely negative. Therefore, I decided not to go ahead with this company. I did inform the agent through email of my this decision. I also assumed that the deposit money I already paid is now lost, and I was disappointed. My assumption was purely based on the negative reviews. However, to my surprise, I received a call from Ahmed, and I found him extremely professional. He explained to me that while he is disappointed with my decision, he is happy to refund my deposit money. He did explain to me that reviews on TrustPilot are from customers during the Covid period and no fault of his company. He already refunded the amount to these customers as soon as the Airline company issued the refund. He did share his company's ATOL certificated details. He was clearly disappointed with my decision, but he didn't pressurize me. He offered me the refund straight away, which he processed immediately. He also offered me that if I'll give them the opportunity in the future, they will never disappoint me with their service.

That experience left me very impressed with this company's professionalism, especially Ahmed Riaz. It is my view now that the other reviews on this site are not a true reflection of the service this company provides. Although, I canceled my package, not only they refunded me the deposit but also remained extremely very professional. Very Impressive. Based on my experience, I will purchase my next package from them. Keep up the good work, you gave 5* customer service.

The worst experience ever! I would NOT recommend this travel agents to anyone, unless they want to be lied to in every step of the way! Without letting me know, they added extra money to my order and obliged me to pay it otherwise it would be cancelled without the money being refunded. I agreed to pay that as my trip was carrying huge importance. Basically, I was trapped, I did not have time to conduct – and nevertheless I was wasting my time literally doing the job of the agency. The disrespectful attitude to the customer is not the only thing needed to be mentioned here. On top of that, the hotel booking was pure mess. Aero link has been informed, that my staying has supposed to be booked until the 12th of March , and on the 10th of March I was told to check-out. Feeling extremely desperate, as I did not have access to my room on that day, I called the agency and was advised to call the emergency contact to make that situation sorted out. To sum up, I would like to say, that I have done everything required from my side, and even paid extra money to feel confident and to make my Umrah secured. However, still I have faced the most terrible customer service experience, that gave me immense stress and a lot of inconveniencies while staying abroad. As I see it, the staff of the mentioned agency is completely incompetent and arrogant, You would not get a proper service, support or advice from their team. Do not waste your time, money and nerves on them! they out source everything no direct contract with anyone. please find some one else they are cheat.

Do not trust this Travel Agent. Been holding my money over a year. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they have still not refunded my money. I cannot believe a company that deals with Umrah and Hajj tours could behave like this. They need to be held to account.

I booked an Umrah package with this company around October. We agreed the price and hotels in October/November and I was assured everything was confirmed with a signed invoice/contract. However, just a couple of weeks before travel I was told the Makkah hotel had been changed. When I protested and requested a full refund, I was told it was non-refundable. Shortly after, the Madinah hotel was also changed to a much cheaper option.
I had children with me and had clearly explained that I needed hotels in a specific area, but once the money was paid, the hotels were downgraded. I also discovered that although I was initially told the trip was ATOL-protected, once I paid in full I was informed it was not. The ATOL number they advertise appears misleading.
This experience caused a lot of stress and disappointment. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
