My travel rep, Franny Friesz, has been super helpful. Communications have been smooth, and all needed information provided in a timely fashion.

I contacted Adventure Life months ago to help me find a cruise to Alaska. It was too early to book Then, but when contacted Karilyn again, she was ready to give us a couple of options that worked with our group for the dates that we needed.

She answered all of our questions and got us the cabins that we wanted. Now we've been handed off to Nur, who is doing a great job with finalizing our reservations.

It is a pleasure to work with efficient and pleasant people who make booking easy.

The company was easy to work with and planned my trip as I requested. Transportation from the airport to my hotel was without any issues. My hotel was wonderful. The 2 guides I had were exceptional. I have no complaints.

Adventure Life helped us plan a 23 day trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The trip was fabulous! Tour guides were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to our needs. Planning a trip can be daunting and time consuming with all the logistics. I worked with Jeff and he listened to what I wanted and can back with great suggestions. I especially appreciate the ideas for going to less touristed places. Those can be hard to find if you’re on the other side of the world and often aren’t in guidebooks, so getting advice from people on-the ground is invaluable.

It was easy and quick Love working with everyone here.

As a first time user of Adventure Travel I was impressed by their customer service, responsiveness, professionalism and access to destinations and activities that I thought would be very hard to get. I had an outline for a journey through South America visiting 3 countries over an 18 day period and with some specific wishes (Iguazu Falls, Torres del Paine National Park and a cruise in the Chilian fjords). With minimal back and forth they prepared an itinerary in a few days that included all the "must-do" activities at a reasonable price tag. The accommodations they listed look great and I put down an initial deposit on March 16. Doing all the complex bookings by ourselves would have been a full-time job and I was very glad to hand it over to Adventure Travel and their in-country partners. Would recommend them for trip planning if you want a great experience..

As always, Mary finds great discounts and negotiates on our behalf. She understands the kinds of trips we enjoy.
