We just planned a custom trip to different parts of India with Jess. Once again, she showed a keen personal understanding of our travel preferences and created a great itinerary. Now that the framework is in place, we will research each destination to see if there is an activity that might be worth including, knowing that they too want us to make the most of our precious time when we travel. Adventure Life has always come through for us in many ways- pre-travel, walking us through with instructions and reminders by email, and during travel when we have encountered issues. We could not be in better hands when entrusting them with our travel arrangements.

I gave Jason a brief overview of what kind of travelers we are and what we were hoping to see on safari to Southern Africa and the itinerary he presented seems to nail it! SO FAR SEVERAL ERRORS IN THE WORK; I BOOKED AND PAID FOR A SINGLE ROOM (ALMOST 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE) AND TWO DAYS LATER WAS TOLD NO SINGLE ROOM. ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED TRAVEL INSURANCE THEY NEVER TOLD ME PRIOR TO PAYING THAT INSURANCE WAS REQUIRED. THEY SAID I COULD REBOOK IN JUNE FOR A SINGLE ROOM, BUT I HAVE NON CANCELLATION FLIGHTS WHICH I'D BOOKED ON THE BELIEF ALL WAS SET; IT WAS NOT; THEIR EMAIL TODAY SAID THINGS WOULD BE FIRM IN 5 TO 10 DAYS. THE TRIP WAS EXPLAINED, PAID FOR AND THEN AFTER THE FACT IS NOT BEING HONORED AS PROMISED.

I contacted Adventure Life months ago to help me find a cruise to Alaska. It was too early to book Then, but when contacted Karilyn again, she was ready to give us a couple of options that worked with our group for the dates that we needed.

Planning a trip can be daunting and time consuming with all the logistics. I worked with Jeff and he listened to what I wanted and can back with great suggestions. I especially appreciate the ideas for going to less touristed places. Those can be hard to find if you’re on the other side of the world and often aren’t in guidebooks, so getting advice from people on-the ground is invaluable.
