I had the pleasure of speaking with Gareth at Admiral Law following my recent accident. As this was my first time being involved in an accident, the whole process was completely new to me.

Two years on from my accident and no progress. Weeks and weeks pass without communication, and eventually 'solutions' that are totally inflexible and unreasonable to anyone who has the luxury of a 9-5 job and cant make appointments in the working week.

I signed up to trust pilot especially to warn people off using AdmiralLaw, what a joke of an organisation.

I am still awaiting nearly 5 years after a non complex RTA. I am asked (when I finally get contact months and months apart) to fill in forms already completed 10's of times before. Agencies request info without asking Admiral. I have chased all calls, records, files. They really are not providing a service and you really should avoid at all costs!

I found the customer portal impossible to access despite numerous attempts over several days but my case handler more than made up for this minor inconvenience by offering other ways of providing the information and photographs required to pursue my claim and pay me the settlement agreed with the third parties insurers. He was polite, friendly and efficient, seemingly happy to find a way round any difficulty I encountered using the portal.

My case handler, Harsh, has been very helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate him making everything as easy as possible in unfortunate circumstances.
I would recommend Admiral.

Adrimal Law is the UK’s number one most bad and unprofessional services I have ever dealt with in so many ways. At some point I felt like I was doing there job for them the amount of times I had to chase up my own claim and always find out what’s going on they made excuses and apologised over 4/5 different occasions about their service but never once improved, it took 2 months for a manager to get back to me about a complaint made which passes there timeframe of getting back to customers and they always delayed my case due to there bad service which made my case take over 3 years just for the outcome to be something completely different as to what I was told I would be receiving from
The third party. I would strongly advise anyone in their right mind to stay far away from there service as I genuinely didn’t think a company could be this unprofessional with so many mistakes being made and advisers not having the right training. Disappointed to say the least that they put me through so much stress over a claim that should have been dealt with very simple, will never use them again and this case was from July 2023 till August 2026 and claim is still on going at this point I have given up all hope.

Samantha was very helpful and lovely on the phone. Talked me through things when I was a bit confused and spoke to me kindly. The customer service was great!
