This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. Same day service on a reported boiler issue; and fully resolved within another day. Annual contract is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good service.

Engineer fine; office systems not perfect
The Engineer was fine. Only problem is that the Wilgar office kept sending us email reminders that our service was due, even though we had phoned to confirm that it was booked.

From our first meeting at home with Billy Wilgar to the installation by Andy, Gary and Connor everything was very efficient.
The estimate for our aircon units was with us the day after the survey, with installation 3 weeks later, just in time for this heatwave.
We are so pleased with the efficiency, look and fit of the units.
The engineers were great, and left everything clean and tidy. The electrical company they used were super efficient.
Everything was done in one day, as promised.
I have had a couple of queries, which were handled by Sue in the office, very efficiently
