This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your installation and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care. We have branches in Orpington and Beckenham and offer a full plumbing, heating and cooling service within the North Kent and South London areas.

Boiler service.
Engineer arrived in time slot after texting he was on his way. Jack was efficient, polite and friendly. He even turned off the loft light when leaving.
Completion certificate and receipt issued very, very quickly by Marie.
Our appointment was cancelled three times by Wilgars as the boiler is in the loft and the temperature would've exceeded H&S rules. The weather isn't under Wilgars control but may be your operating hours could be extended to offer early morning appointments. I'm sure some of your engineers would welcome early starts and early finishes.

Quality of fittings and work were fine; disappointing however that the priority job was not completed- again- because the wrong part had been sourced, despite my supplying the manufacturer’s diagram and part number.

This was an annual service
This was an annual service. There was a lot of confusion over the fact that, it being a warm day, the thermostatic radiator valves had all closed. Why this was a surprise and why it was an issue this year but never in the past, is a bit of a mystery.
