Great Experience.

I had a great learning experience with John Coleman. It was a good teaching environment and we were taught using various relatable examples, giving a deeper understanding of the subject.

Thoroughly engaging. It was a great course including a recap of PSM I, additional learning of Nexus and EBM as well as bringing to life the values and guidelines of SCRUM.
I realised how easy it is to slip into stale habits and this has reinvigorated my outlook and I will be implementing positive changes within my teams.

The class was ok, but I certainly didn't know there would be such a hard test to complete. I took this class for personal development, not for college credit, and it was a struggle to find the 10+ hours to study for the test in addition to the class.

John went above and beyond my expectations with this course. It was highly interactive, with a perfect balance of breadth and depth across advanced Scrum topics. What truly stood out were the practical drills, additional training calls, and the wealth of reading materials and videos that helped illustrate real-world application. John’s commitment to preparing us thoroughly for the exam was exceptional.

I really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism of the trainer, who adapted the original training format to a 1:1 session due to low attendance - clearly a sign of deep experience and dedication. Rather than sticking strictly to slides or panels, John focused on what was most relevant to me, including related practices beyond the core topic. He was always responsive to questions and provided valuable supporting materials that added depth. I’d definitely recommend John as a training provider, as a mentor, or as a coach.

I took his course about 2 years ago, and He gave many examples to explain which really helped me to understand the situation since I have less experience in Agile.
What I appreciated the most is after-course-practice sessions. where he prepared some quiz and walk us through those questions which we got wrong or have questions.

John is very knowledgeable, engaging and accommodative. The course was well outlined and introduced to relevant topics all along. It was quite a interactive session and enhanced my understanding of Agile ways of working, strategies used.

John is knowledgeable and kind. I enjoyed being a student in his class as he brings broad & valuable perspective to the topic.

The way John teaches you provides the context and insight so that I came away with a much deeper understanding of how Agile works in the real world. In addition, his support and direction following the initial training sessions were incredibly helpful as it helped cement my understanding of the more complex Agile leadership scenarios, especially around delegation. Highly recommended.

John is incredibly knowledgeable, prepared, and engaging. He manages to keep a great tempo during sessions while also creating an environment of easy engagement and open discussion. I found the time split between teaching concepts and exam prep worked really well especially with the tools and resources John has developed. A great experience all around.

I attended a PSM course with John Coleman at the University of Westminister and found the course to be extremely well run and informative. The structure and delivery of the course was excellent and i found John to be a very proficient teacher with indepth knowledge of the subject matter which made passing the exam a breeze.

I recently attended the Certified LeSS Basics class, and I was thoroughly impressed. John is an incredibly engaging instructor, which is especially crucial in an online setting where it's easy to lose focus. He ensured the session was interactive by being attentive to each participant and providing ample opportunities for questions and discussions.

I attended the PSM1 course at Westminster University given by John Coleman. John is well versed in Agile and Scrum and a very good communicator. His relaxed and engaging style enabled me to add the missing gaps to my own learning and pass the certification test at the first attempt.
