From enquiring about getting a replacement dmf,clutch and starter motor fitted on my Honda Crv to the job being completed their service was 1st class.Prices quoted speedily and very competitive. Tony who dealt with us from the start was always friendly and helpful. Thank you A1 Clutches.

The job was completed sooner than estimated. They offered support for any issues occurring after. This hasn't been necessary, as the job is a good one.

I took my car to A1 Clutches after the RAC left me on the road side for over 13 hours. A1 Clutches expertly fitted a brand new clutch and were overly accommodating to my needs. Wonderful service, highly recommended

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Told me and my partner my 107 needed a clutch turns out it had a copy actuator which they knew was the issue but was charged for a new clutch for my car to breakdown two minutes after collecting then told by a mobile mechanic who knows them very well that they have charged me knowing full well it wasn’t the problem. I have applied for a charge back through my bank and advising everybody to avoid them as they are Cowboys…

They were very good and polite and did the repair on my car very quick.

Had nothing but trouble since having a “reconditioned box” kept getting told there was nothing wrong, 4 years later the box destroyed its self. Turns out the recon boxes using cheap Chinese parts that fail after so many miles. By this point they’ve got your money and it’s not their problem anymore. Main guy there over charges and very dismissive.

A1 Clutches replaced the clutch in my Toyota Yaris. Excellent job. Clean, efficient and reception had a really good attitude.

Our car developed a problem with the clutch on our way back from London, once we got home that evening we filled out the online form sent it off and A1 contacted us at 8.30am the next day!

We dropped the car in that day and it was diagnosed and repaired by lunchtime the following day.
Absolutely fantastic quick service, competitively priced and trustworthy

Once again, A1 sorted our problem! My daughters Punto needed gear linkages replaced, they came and collected the car and got the job done as soon as they could. Always helpful and polite, and can be relied on to turn up when they say they will(even when it interferes with the school run!)and get work done on time and always satisfactorily. Second time we’ve used A1, definitely won’t be the last!👍

Towed in by AA with suspected broken clutch, which turned out to be a broken drive shaft. They fixed it by next day at a very reasonable price. I cannot praise enough the helpfulness and professionalism of this company. I would recommend them without hesitation.

A1 Clutches are fantastic! My clutch went earlier this month (July 25) and they did a same day replacement. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, the service was smooth and efficient and my car is driving like a dream. I heartily recommend.

What a great company ! Called them up told them problem with my car, gears were really sticking , not driving or exhilarating well . Bring it in they said we can do a free test drive. Meet and greeted by a member of staff very smiley and pleasant. Take a seat they said be about an hours wait . Took it in on a Friday they sent me a video via what’s app showing me the broken and worn parts and telling me the cost of the repairs within a couple of hours. What I liked was they didn’t start any repairs till I phoned to confirm. For them to give. The go ahead. That was a Friday and by the Saturday next day 10am they had fitted my new clutch and the rest of the work on my car.had trouble with my door switch two days later . Nothing to do with a1 clutches. I phoned a1 clutches the lovely Rick said bring it in we will have a look. Rick fixed it for me free of charge it was where I had shut my seatbelt in the car door , so my own fault .Also if you have to wait in reception for a while it is very comfy and pleasant, also modern beautifully clean customer toilets to use. A very professional company who are specialised in fitting clutches gearboxes etc I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to family and friends. Top blokes !
