I live in Germany and purchased various sorts of coffee from 88 Grains.
Bags and packaging are very nice but quality is average.
Most of the beans are predamaged and they develop large cracks or tear apart during roasting, taste is okay but far from excellent.
They keep any feedback wrote in a forever pending state so all you see is just cherry picked feedback.
Will not buy again.

Es la mayor basura que he comprado en mi vida me siento estafado, compré 8 kilos de café diferentes en los 8 sobres faltaba café(en todos y en cada uno de ellos)entre 5 y 10 gramos por sobre me devolvieron 5 euros tras la queja (tuve que perder tiempo hablando con ellos) el café es hueco, sin carácter, sin complejidad, sin intensidad he llegado a pensar que es café viejo o de grado comercial. Jamás le recomendaría a alguien comprar aquí café me siento estafado les comenté mi descontento y me hicieron un reembolso de 50 euros aprox. Si estuviesen vendiendo algo que saben que está como tiene que estar no te devuelven nada... Me dicen que el resto lo mandé hasta Polonia porque aunque le empresa sea francesa el café viene de polonia para el resto del reembolso o parte de el según lo que mande (Me cuestan más los portes). Además como muestro en una foto lo que tengo en la mano son granos inmaduros en el café de brasil Bourbon amarillo para 15 gramos que es lo que tiene la bandeja de cristal tuve que descartar todos esos granos . En el resto de café también salen muchísimos granos inmaduros o con defectos. Ahora tengo kilos de café que son basura. Que hago con ellos? Tengo tostadora de muestras profesional mi objetivo suele ser 65 agtron y tiempo de tueste comprendidos entre 8 y 12 minutos (como apuntan los estudios de cenicafe) cuidando mucho el tiempo de desarrollo y el incremento de temperatura durante este, el problema no es el tueste ni la extracción ya que también tengo en cuenta temperaturas de extracción para v60 o espresso. No hay muchos sitios donde se pueda comprar café verde pero es muy arriesgado probar en sitios nuevos y más cuando te llevas decepciones de este calibre. En las fotos se ve que cafés cogí. Parte de el ya se ha ido al cubo de la basura. (las fotos estan en la reseña de gogle)
