I bought a catio. The quality is fantastic. The panel wood and wire are super strong. I'm so happy with it. I'm a woman and could set it up on my own. The quality and look of the fittings is great and far outweighed what I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them in the future. Thanks

I ordered the 8ft square catio and was not disappointed. Because of a few issues I asked for it to be fitted by the team. They turned up at 8am and immediately got to work. I had a few issues, mainly (1) the ground was uneven because of a recently filled-in pond (2) a raised bed was in the way. No problem at all they said and got to work customising the catio so that everything fitted smoothly. They even repositioned my solar security camera and tidied up some drooping cable from the satellite dish. Their expertise, obvious experience and efficiency together with their cheerful and friendly manner made the whole experience a joy. Me and my cats love the catio. I am preparing a small water feature, lights and plants to make it extra special for my cats and then I’ll send some photos. I thoroughly recommend this company. The catio was also half the price of other companies who offered metal frames (I prefer wood) and where you were expected to put the wire up yourself from a roll or pay a huge amount for a fitter. Overall the cats and I are delighted and very happy to recommend 4wire 100%

4Wire were fantastic from start to finish. We were originally going to buy the catio via Amazon but realised we would need a bespoke one because it was an awkward space. I contacted 4Wire direct, sent photographs and measurements and they came back with a design very quickly. I was concerned in case my measurements were wrong but they told me not to worry, the fitters would bring extra materials just in case. The fitters were brilliant, highly skilled. The catio is great quality and the cat loves it. I would highly recommend them.

This has been a great experince for my Catio.

Journey started of 1st April 24, needed as custom one to keep my three cats safe.

Few emails backwards and forwards and I was pretty dumb on some stuff and asked them some really stupid questions - they supported my stupidity and made things clear ! :)

Drawings arrived and I remeasured after sending a few more pics as they were very into the detail and all was fine.

Expected to wait a few weeks and product was built and ready to install today. The missus thought it would be "cheap" in quality, this is anything but "cheap".

This is a well built solid product. The fitters arrived very early considering where they had come from and fitted this and got everything nice and secure in a few hours. They had to make some minor modifications they did on site - but they were perfectionists in terms of getting it right.

I honestly could not be happier with the build qualilty and the missus was delighted with it. Most importantly, the cats love it - they have really enjoyed it today.

There is not enough stars to rate how pleased I am with this, this is 10/10 from ordering, communications, delivery and fitting.

Also worth mentioning you would never know the fitters had been - absolutely zero waste or mess !

4wire were extremely helpful, from the planning of the catio through to the construction. Paul, Chloe and Amy were a pleasure to deal with at the beginning of the process, Shaun and Neil were amazing on the day of fitting. They really all do go above and beyond - a pleasure to do business with.

After finding 4Wire on Amazon when I started looking into installing a catio I contacted them directly and designed a bespoke catio. Their service was exceptional. Paul was thorough in confirming measurements which instilled confidence in the process as they weren't close enough to pop around and measure themselves. The tunnel was made onsite as that needed to be exact between 2 catios. The shelves, ladders and rope bridges were a great addition. Shaun and Neil came through and fitted and am I grateful I decided to include the labour. It was a mammoth task to install and they made it look easy. They were so friendly and great to chat to. There was one small issue with the size of the one roof panel but they made a temp plan for me so my cats were secure in the enclosure and returned with a new panel a couple of days later. My cats are in absolute heaven and all the neighbourhood cats hang out in our garden too wishing they could join in the fun inside the catio.

4Wire designed and installed a wonderful, bespoke double catio with overhead bridge for my fostered feral kittens. The workmanship is excellent and Sean and Neil worked throughout a dreadfully wet, cold and windy day to install this complex structure. Every member of the team at 4Wire with whom I have had contact has been helpful and friendly. I can’t fault any aspect of the service and the quality of the product. I highly recommend 4Wire (and if the kittens could type I’m sure that they would also recommend!).

I am SO pleased with my catio. It is STUNNING! 2 weeks turnaround, wonderfully kind and professional fitting team. Had spoken to several companies who offer this product and all of them were either unresponsive or unable to cope with my customisation request. Couldn’t recommend 4wire more. Thank you!

Shaun and Neil came and installed my bespoke cat enclosure yesterday. Did a fantastic job. Such nice blokes.
I told Paul what I wanted and he drew up the plans and gave me a price. Chloe was very helpful and professional throughout the prosess.
I am beyond delighted with my enclosure. It's a fanastic piece of kit. More than met expectations.
Oh! and my cat loves it too!

What can I say, for the first time I have actually got something solid well made and nicely finished at an extremely good price. I am delighted with my run and cant wait to assemble and use it. I ordered 2 outdoor animals enclosure's with 16g wire, for my rabbits, it's more than I expected it's very good quality, well made , would recommend anyone who has outdoor rabbits, I don't have to lock them away at night they are outside and Safe Thank you so much!! 😁

Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone who wants a catio. Ordered on 28th July, and had lots of communication with Paul to ensure that we got the measurements right. It was delivered in 3 weeks by Sean and Neil who came to install it. They were brilliant and have done a fantastic job making sure it fit properly to my slightly awkward house. The catio is excellent quality, a lot sturdier than I expected and the service and communication from 4wire has been outstanding. Will definitely order from them again.

It was definitely easier to build a catio with the premade parts, but I was disappointed with the quality for the price. Lots of the staples were sloppy and poking out all over the place, so we had to remove them and place new ones ourselves. Their website discusses measures they've taken in their designs to be safe for animals, so I was disappointed that they didn't think of how dangerous these staples could be.

Edit: I've since been in contact with 4wire and they've apologised for the quality of the panels and that they didn't offer to replace them when I initially contacted them. They've offered to send me a shelf pack as compensation for my trouble, which I really appreciate and am sure my cats will as well. I think it's likely that the attention to detail with regards to the construction of the catios and communication with customers will improve. They seem like a good company who cares and is willing to own up to mistakes.

Ordered a 3-sided catio from 4mypet and couldn’t be happier with the result!
We ordered a large shelf pack as well and I would say the large pack is over-kill if you’re going for the smaller cations but always handy to have spares, also the shelves would be perfect for a standard cat but we’ve got a Maine coon so they’re slightly small for him width ways but that’s a niche problem!!
The driver was super friendly and helpful and I can’t fault the product!
Make sure to ask for instructions in advance if you’re not having fitting!

I required a bespoke catio that fitted over the patio doors at the rear of my property .
The measurements were absolutely crucial or it would not fit give or take 5mm .
Chloe was amazing and very patient and so helpful.
After a lot of checking and rechecking I had the enclosure built.
It fitted perfectly 😁.
I also have to say the build quality is solid and extremely well made. Mine was painted black (Its more suited for my home).
So yes, a big thank you to Chloe and the person / people that made it .
Would I recommend 4Wire? Definitely.

Ordering our lean to catio was straightforward, it took around a month to arrive which was as expected. The catio panels are sturdy and well made. We opted to construct it ourselves and it only took a couple of hours, no special skill or tools required. We’re very pleased (so is our cat) and would definitely recommend 4wire.
