I ordered a dress/gown. It was very cheap compared to other dress stores. It came in the time it was supposed to come. It was just the way wanted it. It's beautiful and really detailed. It fits perfectly and in super soft and comfortable. I will definitely be ordering from 27dress.com again and i definitely recommend it.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from this site and after 4 weeks I received the totally wrong dress. I emailed them and it was a week of back and forth emails with them asking for various photos of the dress I did receive, the paperwork and the packaging. They eventually said they sent the wrong dress. Well that was obvious, my 16 year old daughter does not fit into a 6 year old flower girl dress! They said they had then shipped me a new dress, the one that I actually ordered. Now turns out that wasn't true. They sent me an email a few days later asking me to ship my incorrect dress to the Netherlands and the person who received my dress will ship mine to me. Although they expect me to do this without an address to send it to!!

I ordered a dress that did match the tiny color "swatch" on-line but the style looked terrible in the color I ordered, and in fact, looked VERY cheap. It is partly my fault for not checking the return policy but I've never had an issue with returning items I've ordered from other sites. I e-mailed and instant messaged with customer service and both times was repeatedly told it is not their "fault." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied.

I ordered halfsleeve dress as titled, described and shown in the website. However I received sleeveless dress with shawl, was very embarrassed. I returned the dress to them and ask refund as it is obviously false advertising. However they rejected my request of refund. Hope it helps to choose the dress in 27dress.com

I was super excited to try on my dress i even got the custom measurements so that the dress would fir perfectly. Um NO first off the color wand look was compeatly different that what came. I tried it on and not only was the breast portion at my belly button but was so large even if in the right place i wouldn't have stayed on. Opposite to this was the bottom of the dress that wouldn't even fit over my waist (keep in mind i had sent them my measurements too.) I'm so upset and prom is in a couple weeks! And i forgot to mention they literally kicked me off the site i went to put my user name and log in in and it said i wasn't registered and every time i try to contact them their conveniently not there! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!
