DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a custom-made dress from 27dress for my birthday, placed well in advance. The company promised delivery long before the date, but the dress arrived four days after the party. It was therefore completely useless for the one and only occasion it was meant for.
To make things worse, the “custom” sizing I paid extra for was not respected: the straps were far too long, the bust too wide, and the dress was so long I tripped over it even with heels. I gave my exact mesurements and they were 20 cm over — this was not a matter of interpretation but poor workmanship.
Customer service was equally disappointing: their communication was slow, inconsistent, and evasive. Answers were delayed, vague, and contradictory, leaving me in the dark while my event date approached. First they offered only a 30% refund with no return, later 40%, then 50%. They even sent a passive-aggressive message, suggesting that if I appealed further, the process would “take very long and success is not guaranteed.” Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to pressure me into giving up.
Finally, I caved and accepted their 50% offer — but I never received a single cent.
In the end, I paid 100% for something I used 0%. No refund. No accountability. My big birthday party? Ruined!
This company completely ruined what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. I strongly advise others to stay away.
