Awful customer service. I tried to cancel the order the next day (Friday @4.30pm). The phone line was a recorded message advising they were closed until Monday. I followed up with 2 emails (Friday & Monday) requesting cancellation, none of which were acknowledged. I called again and was advised there was a backlog of emails as they were busy. It was now too late to cancel!! So, due to the inept customer service, there is absolutely no possible way to cancel an order. Be very, very careful when ordering.

Really pleased with my curtains very well made and packaging excellent.

I was really pleased to receive some samples from you. My problem now is that I can't decide between two of them . As soon as I've made my decision I will be in touch.

I liked that the samples were free. The instructions for buying were clear. The service was very prompt. We were pleased to make use of a discount. I liked that the patterns were carefully matched up between curtains.

We weren't too sure of the texture of one set of curtains but now that they are up they look lovely and we don't mind the feel of the curtains so much.

The other curtains we couldn't fault.

Beautiful curtains at a great price. The fabric is perfect and I am sure that they are going to look perfect when they are hung in our revamped lounge. There was a massive selection of fabrics and i went down the made to measure route to ensure that i had the fabric that was perfect for my new makeover. Excellent communications from customer services, when there was a delay on sourcing the fabric. They actually arrived much earlier than anticipated. I cant say enough about how happy I am and i will definitely be using 247 Curtains and 247 Blinds again!

I love my curtains. But did not realise when ordering that a triple pleat header had no header tape and only hooks on the triple pleats. This has caused problems with my bay window as the rail is attached to the ceiling and not enough gap between the ceiling and the rail

I was delighted to receive my blinds. They were quick in making them and they are of good quality materials and finish. Absolutely would use them again, in fact I have used them before in previous properties and will continue to do so.

Great service , my beautiful curtains arrived early . Packaged so well they didn’t need ironing . I would definitely recommend for the great quality and price .

The curtains were the wrong size. Emailed your customer service 2 weeks ago....and nothing back from them .

Supplied parts for some old damaged blinds which has meant I can repair them and get them back to their former glory. Thanks

The sample arrived very quickly, unfortunately the ones I choose were not really a deep enought beige so nothing was suitable sadly
