The website was really easy to use. Delivery was quick and the curtains I thought were quite light in the package for blackout curtains.
Once I unpacked them the blackout is within the curtain so in weight they are lighter and great blackouts.
Would definitely order my next set needed from this site.

The curtains were well made and arrived really quickly. They were small curtains for a small summerhouse and they look great!

I bought a curtain for over 300 pounds recently. It arrived damaged and it's been around 2 weeks I sent couple of emails with pictures and no one is responding. Very disappointed and seems like I have lost my money. I will continue waiting and just sent another reminder but I have little hope for a positive resolution. I will post an update if I hear back. I would highly suggest don't buy from them please based on my experience so far. Before the delivery/order the customer service was all over the place and since the order deliverd no one has bothered to respond.

I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL CURTAIN SAMPLES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND ALWAYS VERY HAPPY AND APPRECIATIVE OF THIS SERVICE WHICH SAVES A LOT OF WORRY. LAST YEAR I HAD SOME LOVELY CURTAINS MADE UP FOR ONE OF MY BEDROOMS AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED, SO BUYING NEW ONES FOR ANOTHER BEDROOM

The curtains were well made and really good quality. They were exactly what I requested and they look fabulous up. The order process was easy and efficient.

Awful customer service. I tried to cancel the order the next day (Friday @4.30pm). The phone line was a recorded message advising they were closed until Monday. I followed up with 2 emails (Friday & Monday) requesting cancellation, none of which were acknowledged. I called again and was advised there was a backlog of emails as they were busy. It was now too late to cancel!! So, due to the inept customer service, there is absolutely no possible way to cancel an order. Be very, very careful when ordering.
