The buy back program is a rip off. We spent $3500 for an oxygen generator that was more portable for my wife to use when we went someplace . We had it for about 40 days. My wife passed away so I called them about buying it back. I was offered up to $450. Less if they could find any reason to knock the price down more. I told them I wasn't interested.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He is honest and positive and left us believing he truly cared about our needs. He was the only representative I talked to that cared whether I did business with them. Add to that a very competitive price and fast shipping. All around a great experience.

Katara the agent on the line very informative very friendly got me set up right away with the type of machine I was looking for light weight and portable. She answered all my questions. Told me she was there to assist me anytime to feel free to cotact her .The idea that it could be shipped overnight was a plus since I had broke the one I was using. I would recommend this company on the customer service when the machine arrives i will update my experience My only complaint is that it's a little pricey but if everything continues like it has so far it will be worth it

I understand I was given extra batteries and it is a used machine but operation is poor. The control panel doesn't work most of the time. I have to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. Sometimes it does mostly it doesn't. For the amount I paid I think I couldhave done much better else where.
