Boiler Purchase
Shopping was straight forward. I bought a baxi 830 combi 2 with a thermostat and flue for the same price as the boiler on its own elsewhere.
The compatible products were displayed when buying the boiler so this made it faster and easier to buy what was required along with the boiler.
Delivery was next day which i did not expect as it was quicker than the quoted time on the site.

They were so helpful in providing me with the information I needed about my boiler - even to the point of requesting we actually had a phone call instead of email exchanges. Felt very comfortable the boiler from them.

A Good Transaction
A top class boiler very competitively priced.
The delivery was not to my home address but to the Park Office of a Leisure Lodge Park. The Office is not manned until 10:00 am on any day which had the potential of causing problems with the original delivery schedule of 8 am to 5 pm. When I explained this to their customer services they said that they would contact the courier to ensure that delivery was not attempted until after 10am which is exactly what happened. Happy days!
This is top notch customer service but I don't feel I can leave a 5* review because I was promised two telephone calls to advise me of the delivery time for the day - but neither of these were made. So sad!
