Thought I would add a positive review that counteract some of these bad ones. I placed a $400 order with WorkBoots on a Saturday morning, and the money was taken almost immediately. By Monday I still had not received an acknowledgment or order number, I read these reviews and became somewhat worried. However...I contacted WB customer service , received an almost instant response, and my order arrived four days later. So my experience with this company was first rate! Friendly and efficient customer service, good product price, and super quick shipping.
Fred did a great job moving my moms furniture out of her house. Ensured to wrap everything prior to loading. As well wrapped the exit door ensuring not to damage any pieces or scratch the wall. Pricing was fair and competitive based on the job performed. Handled some very heavy pieces well going up a large flight of steps. I would definitely recommend him as well will be using his services again when I have another move to deal with. Nice guy very professional. DH Chesterfield MO
I bought a pair of boots that came in & didn’t fit. Normally that would be my problem but NO,they went above and beyond to take back shoes that I wore trying to break them in . They credited my account in a timely manner and I ordered the correct size. They were great boots but even better customer service!!!!!!!!!
I bought a pair of boots instore in Albuquerque, NM. (111 Menaul) I'd worn them for 3 days at my new job and even though they were broken in, they were hurting both my heels. I went back to the store where Natasha told me there was a 30 day Comfort guarantee, verified I hadn't wrecked the pair, and gave me store credit towards another pair immediately. Just received my work boots Avenger 7723 fantastic boot fit perfect supreme quality and it was very nice of them to send me a complementary pair of work gloves. extremely impressed thank you so much.Not to mention the great price I paid for them.
Placed a order on December 14th and was told my items were on back order. In January I received an email saying the items were still on back order and anticipated shipping was on 1/17/20. Went on the workboots.com website on 1/23/20 and looked up the item I ordered. The price is now $4 higher than when I ordered but the item is no longer on back order and my order still hasn’t shipped. I assume they were holding my order hoping I would cancel so they didn’t have to honor the lower price I ordered at. They got there wish because I did cancel my order and took my business to Amazon! Workboots.com will never get a dollar from me
Horrible customer service. Bought a pair of boots that arrived defective. I sent them back, it's been 6 days since they received the boots back and I still have not received my refund. And they are not refunding my shipping. Anytime you try to reach a representative on the phone you are on hold forever and they provide zero answers or help. 👎👎👎👎👎

Way better places to spend your money on boots. They sent me the wrong size and then charge a 30.00 restocking fee on a 200.00 purchase. I sent an email asking about this and got a smart azz reply. Once they have your money you are at their mercy. Make sure you read the "NO HASSLE" refund policy small print. Its no hassle for them they just keep your money !
Sorry excuse for customer service. Ordered boots a week ago. Paid for Express delivery. Waited 5 days. Called and found out that my boots were backordered till the middle of JUNE!! Its only the end of April now. No call no email. NOTHING UNTILL I CALLED! Worst experience ever buying online. I'll never use this company again. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from someone else.
I have ordered 3 pairs of work boots from Workboots.com over a span of 10+ yrs. The last transaction is unacceptable. My purchase was 12/26/18 and received them in 01/2019. I ordered in N Calif and order came from S Calif and took over a week. It cost me $9.75 expedited shipping. When I received them there were some issues so I contacted customer service online but did not hear back so I started the return process. I was quickly shipped a return label at the cost of $5.00. Return process waits until receipt of product before credit and will contact you by email. Never got email confirmation but 13 days later got my email response from customer service on how to handle return.

After waiting almost two weeks Workboots.com sent me the wrong boots not even close style but odly my size. I call to tell them and they didnt care or bother to try an explain why or appologize. Customer service then "corrected the order" even though the packing slip that was with the wrong boots was correct. I recieved an email stating they are back ordered for a month. The boot box was wrapped in plastic and i had to pay to wrap it up to return them. They told me to put it in a random box of my choice but im liable if they fall out. I went to merrel.com and got the correct boots in 3 days. I called back for a refund after no help with packaging the return. I will never do business with workboots.com again and i buy new boots every six months.
2 weeks before order shipped, customer service refused to cancel order, promised to over night product then sent standard delivery. Had to dispute payment because Taylor from customer service stopped talking to me. My husband thought his boots would last until new ones came, they didnt so he is working in sneakers and now I have to go buy new boots this weekend because who know when the ones I wasnt allowed to cancel will actually come. Sorry I saved $10 by shopping here will not make same mistake twice.
Workboots.com claims to price match, THEY DON'T. There is is a lot of other good boot stores on the web with better prices.
