i ordered boots here as a christmas gift. waited a week & heard nothing. i then refunded my order because christmas is right around the corner & still have not heard anything about a refund or the item. i should’ve listened to the reviews of this site. i should’ve just paid a little extra in the first place. i’ll probably have to dispute the charge. also have sent 2 emails about the package & haven’t heard anything from the company.

I would like to thank you for all the help you’ve given. I had ordered some boots a few months ago, and didn’t receive them because they were delivered to the wrong address. You reimbursed me for them and I ordered some of the most comfortable work shoes I’ve ever had! I tell everyone about them! I really appreciate your understanding and response to my problem. Will always but shoes from you!

I found a pair that looked comfortable to work in met all the requirements I needed so I ordered them paid extra for faster shipping. Site claims 1-2 days processing took 5 business days to get shipped the carrier saved their bacon and delivered overnight to meet their delivery window. Boots were not as advertised (soft toe not composite as website had them named) boots are completely useless to me. Started return process and contacted them to let them know they are lying to people I checked with the manufacturer they don’t make a hardened toe in that style at all. The representative that finally replied days later they said they were waiving all return fees when they received the boots as if that somehow that was going an extra step to apologize for false advertising. When I got notice from them on the refund they kept the price for shipping. Just liars and thieves all way round…

Been almost three weeks have emailed company more then once same person every time responds! Same story just different day! warehouse won't get back to her! paid 99.99 plus tax and shipping will not refund my money, most companies at least decent truthful ones do not charge bank account until sent, NOT THIS ONE! they take your money and you get no item! they state on site that shoes are in stock and will be shipped in 1/2 days, what a joke! that's how they get people! BUYER BEWARE! I have filed a complaint with FTC!
UPDATE: Morning 8-11-22; Even though TrustPilot sent an email that WorkBoots needed more info. I had emailed a letter to WorkBoots. com, stating I filed a complaint with FTC and asked again for a refund! All along I would get a reply within a couple hours or less, Yesterday I got nothing! I do not play a game of writing a bad review of a company and not tell them my direction I am going in. They were very unreliable to get the facts of where the work shoes were! They were paid the day I bought them July 23, 22 As I write this, this morning, fancy that, I received an email bright and early 6:42 a.m. to be exact that my work shoes have shipped! It is sad we as customers have companies as such. I was in a hurry wanted to get shoes ordered and DID NOT DO MY HOMEWORK! If I would of looked on Trustpilot, I would of seen the bad reviews, I would not have ordered from WorkBoots at all!
But I believe in the FTC and I believe in Trustpilot to be able to warn customers of such chaotic, dishonest businesses. I am thankful for both sites!
Hopefully something good has come out of this chaos!
Last Update...Afternoon: 8-11-22
This is my last update, I was called earlier on my cell, I do work, I can not be using a cell while working, Customer Manager called, which the call did not get answered, She sent an email, apologizing for the horrible service etc. and offering a discount for the work shoes. As I stated earlier I had rec'vd email they were shipped this morning, Obviously not. I was given the option of a discount and partial refund, or a total refund. I opted for a total refund, I am done with this company. I have rec'vd a refund pending my bank clearing it. So End to this horrible short two days, of three weeks this nightmare comes to a close! I will not patronize a company that is as stated above. It has been a nightmare! Thank Goodness It Is OVER!

YES... as I said above I finally rec'vd my refund! Per The Companies reply: I have all emails... I took cell phone video of the site, IN STOCK, WILL SHIP. to prove what it stated when attempting to order, I never talk to them via cell phone! (I was told by You do not want to do that) Then they state they said this or that when they never did. Obviously this company thinks, Customers are not knowledgeable to have a paper trail, videos to confirm the facts of the matter. IN all the emails, NOT ONCE does it state, The shoes were on BACKORDER! In fact the print out states in stock will ship in 1 to 2 days! ALL I CAN SAY IS, CUSTOMERS... Learn from my experience! Contact Trustpilot, Contact FTC, Keep emails and proof you are getting pushed around, IF WE AS CUSTOMERS STICK TOGETHER ON THESE MATTERS .... A DIFFERENCE WILL BE MADE ON COMPANIES LIKE I HAVE DEALT WITH AND SOME OF YOU!

Shopping on the Workboots.com site was easy. I found the work shoes my son requested for Christmas without difficulty. His size and color were in stock and the ordering process was simple. The price was reasonable and they arrived timely. I’m very satisfied with my shopping experience.
Just a fabulous company, very prompt, great products, excellent price's, and you earn points as you purchase items so you can buy more later on down the line. You really can't go wrong.

I ordered 2 pairs of Belleville c390 boots. I received them 4 days later. That's about as good as it gets. Their price was the best I could find online. Satisfied.
Ordered shoes on 8/7/21 received backorder on 8/8/21 expected ship date 9/24/21 have received nothing to date 10/3/21

UPDATE: When I came home this afternoon my boots were here!!! It was a big relief! And they fit true to size and description. I am am thankful they arrived especially since I did not get an email that they were sent or given a way to track them. Thank you Workboots.com for delivering in the misfits of your chaos. Original Post: I am a little concerned…I ordered and paid for boots on workboots.com over a week ago. Received confirmation of my order and can see the completed transaction on my credit card. When trying to track and follow up, the site is down and these reviews are very concerning. I wish I saw them when I looked up the company. Any advice on how to get through would be appreciated.
My husband ordered boots and paid the extra for expedited shipping and he has not received his boots nor an explanation. My husband tried calling and emailing with nothing more than an automated response.

I ordered a pair of Reebok work boots from here and like an idiot then read the reviews afterward and there were many bad ones. I was very nervous and almost contacted my bank to cancel the order but I figured let me give it some time. I think it was two days later I received my shipping info then a few days later my boots. They were exactly what I ordered and I’m so happy they were comfortable because I’m on my 3rd pair of steel toe shoes/boots since I started this job 2 months ago because I couldn’t find ones that were comfortable. What I wanted to really say here is that I don’t know experiences others had here but mine was absolutely perfect. I would most definitely shop here again. Don’t let the reviews scare you this place is great.
Recieved my boots quickly I normally buy redwing thought I would give carhartt a try quite comfortable.
