Bought some doors off WW and have to say the quality was outstanding along with the service. Better still was the service when I had an issue with the lock mech. A couple of photos to them as proof of the fault and a new mech landed at my door the next day. Great service all round, thanks!

I needed to replace an old, warped, solid, ugly wooden door. So I measured up and used the online designer on the website. The door arrived as promised and really well packed. Beautiful oak, mm perfect. I oiled it with Osmo Oil. I knocked out the old door and frame. Put in the new one. All done within half a day. I’m an accountant with basic DIY skills - you really can do this! The door is simply beautiful. I have spent a lot of money on my renovation this year and this door is the by far the best money I have spent. Great friendly company to do business with.

I’ve bought a number of windows and doors from WoodenWindows.com and can honestly say I’ve been delighted every time with every aspect of the service. This starts with the website itself, where the design software is simple, intuitive and forgiving. Then the delivery process is well-documented, prompt and stress free. Finally the joinery is excellent and everything functions really well (in terms of draft and weather proofing) right down to the included ironmongery. I’ve had units in both softwood and oak and it’s all been better than I might have hoped for. For example, my very experienced bricklayer asked me who I was using for my joinery now, because he’d like to recommend it to a colleague. The support is great too, with customer service sending me a sill where I’d accidentally omitted it from my order.

I found the Wooden Windows company when using Google to search for a replacement front door & window for my porch, and I am so glad that I did!
I used their door and window builder App to design the door and window that I wanted, but felt I wanted to see their products before actually ordering, so I visited their showroom in Stoke on Trent. I found that their products are well designed, and the quality is excellent too. I was made to feel welcome by a member of staff called Leon. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about their products. He also subsequently helped me through the final design and ordering process (via email) and made some very useful suggestions, which I used to end up with an even better design. These included some manual tweaks that cannot be made through the App alone. I am very happy to recommend the company and as other reviewers have said the customer service is excellent, and unfortunately that is such a rarity these days.

Excellent value and service, my go-to for windows. Why would you use plastic when such a great product is available at a great price and quick delivery from these guys.
Technical help on bespoke orders that can't be made through their window-builder web app is also brilliant.

I’ve been in Buisness for 38 yrs & have always been loyal to tried & tested main stream builders merchants. However since the run up to the first lockdown,
I (& fellow tradesman) due to shortages, have had to source materials from other stockists.
After searching the internet, I came across wooden windows. The site was so easy to navigate ( I’m not a tech chap) which was the first plus. I placed my order & the items arrived in the timescale stated. On receiving the windows I couldn’t fault the workmanship of the build, hinges or handles.
My next order wasn’t a straight forward one so I contacted them to discuss my requirements. I spoke to a chap called Leon. Theirs one thing of the product being of great quality but I also expect equally great service, Leon excelled in this. I spoke to Leon several times as the client changed their minds & it was never a problem.
I’m not someone who gives recommendations lightly as my standards are very high & will only recommend if they are equal.
Wooden windows are one & Leon is a great asset to the company.
