First time I've used Wooden Windows. Will definitely use again as the quality, service and prices are all outstanding.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my windows. They were beautifully made exactly as ordered, delivered exactly as arranged and reasonably priced too. A very efficient company delivering good old fashioned service and expertise.

Amazing service given by Leon. He helped me understand what window I needed and was always happy to answer any question I had. Looking forward to getting my new bespoke window!

From placing my window order (in kit form) - this company have been both professional and friendly.
The kit fitted together perfectly producing a high quality finished product.
I did not have the wherewithal to mitre the glazing beads - so I called to their showroom for advice they told me to bring the window in and immediately did the work for me - at no extra charge.

The product is superb and my very experienced builder was impressed with the ease of fitting, clear instructions and fixing kit. I will now only use this company in the future and will be ordering more products. Great delivery timing too under 7 days.

I’ve now placed three different orders with this company, and have found them reliable, quick and true to the high standard of work they advertise. Having had enough of rotting pine for one lifetime, I’ve used sapele each time, and find the doors and French windows accurately made, exceptionally well balanced in their frames, secure and reliable heavy but smooth and easy to operate. Helpful people, but crucial to get someone who knows what they are doing to take the first measurements.

First time order with this company but have seen their products on a previous project. Really impressed with the ease of ordering, helped by my contact Leon, the purchase was completed by phone very quickly.
Even more impressive was the fact that I had a confirmation of proposed delivery within a couple of hours, giving a lead time of two weeks!

In a world where so much seems not to work, it was really great to get home yesterday and find our new windows stacked neatly and sensibly in exactly the right place! It warmed my heart… I can’t wait to get them installed. This is the second time I've ordered windows from woodenwindows.com so, obviously, I was pleased with my first experience. The windows are of excellent quality and the service is superb. And I'm a fairly demanding architect so don't hand out such praise lightly! Thoroughly recommended!

I first found Woodenwindows.com in February 2020, visited the impressive showroom and factory and I was about to order all the windows and doors for our barn conversion when Covid hit and the factory closed. Given the uncertainty of the time and the need to get water tight i had to us an alternative supplier.
We have just added an extension to the barn and wooden windows have been superb in discussing our needs and placing the order. I really appreciate their friendly helpful service and I know I will be delighted with the product and the craftsmanship deployed in its construction.

Beautiful windows (I already have one) but in my view a lying company, I back this up by saying that I ordered a new window on a Friday, on Monday I realised that the window was not going to fit due to beams in the way, cancelled the order on Tuesday mid-day, but was told that the window was completed and out for delivery, therefore no cancellation possible!!! I ask you if this is possible? No delivery date issued with the order.

Wooden Windows have provided both a 5* service and product. I ordered two sets of windows one of which wasn't exactly the same as on their site and a quick phonemail to their knowledgable sales team resolved it in minutes. They were also extremely understanding regarding delivery. Couldn't recommend them more.

Just placed another order with Wooden Windows, this time for 6 windows. Responsiveness of sales (this time Mat) very impressive, as ever.

Leon was our adviser, outstanding. Have ordered a kit window from this company before and it was fantastic quality and workmanship. Returned to make a further order for 2 windows and Leon could not have been more helpful. Ok it may seem a bit risky to buy a window online but if you get the measurements right you will get a great product. Measure it twice and cut it once as they say or maybe measure it twice and order it online and they will cut it once! Recommend.

I was a bit worried about buying a wooden window on line, but what a nice surprise when I got around to fixing the window today, the quality of the window itself was extremely good, the fittings were good and the double glazed units were better than others I have bought if I had a complaint it would be that the window itself wasn’t protected.

I used Wooden Windows through my builder for windows and french doors and the quality was first class. Due to an overzealous decorator, we managed to lose a couple of covers from the vents. The replacements for these were organised without fuss by Chris. Great combination of online efficiency and value coupled with quality customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
