Definitely worth the wait, I ordered some white custom 16oz winning gloves & yes did they take almost a year to arrive but the craftsmanship on these gloves are absolutely amazing.

I purchased 16 oz blue winning gloves on December 28th 2023 directly from the wjapanboxing website.

I never write a review but since I have been flat out scammed by this trash company. If you read on Reddit other people have experienced the same problems with Winning Japan boxing. My account still has an unfulfilled order that I have been back and forth with this company for over 12 months they initially promised me it would take 120 days to fulfill my order then they have been continuously extending until it was almost one year and I told them I have had enough. They asked for another additional 120 days to fulfill the order so I am now putting my complaint here.

I have picture proof of the transaction and all emails back and forth. I also have an account with an outstanding order to be fulfilled from December 28th 2023

I payed these people $478 USD for gloves that they never sent me and I am going to ensure I make a problem for them if they continue to not send me my order.

I placed an order for Winnings boxing gloves in February 2024. Next day I was contacted by the company representative who asked to confirm the order before they would charge me as the wait time at the moment has been up to 365 days. I confirmed the order and a few days back in December I received a long awaited message the order was shipped. Delivery was super fast, less than two days from Japan to USA. The product quality is phenomenal and I am super happy to have this product. Despite the production wait time, owning a product produced by Winnings in Japan gives me a lot of confidence in the product quality compared to similar products purchased from EBay. Now I am thinking about ordering a headgear.

I had the misfortune of ordering from WJapan, and let me tell you, it’s been a nightmare. I placed my order over a year ago, and I'm still waiting. Communication? Non-existent. Every time I tried to reach out for updates, I was met with silence or vague responses that seemed like they were pulled from a template.

I finally reached my breaking point and had to cancel my order. It’s infuriating to think about how long I waited for something that never arrived. I understand that delays can happen, but over a year? That’s just ridiculous. I’ve ordered from other places and received my items with no issues, but WJapan really takes the cake for the worst customer experience ever.

If you're considering ordering from this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity. I certainly won’t be coming back!
