I have used this company many times, in total I have spent around £200. I have about 20 of their pressed glitters which I think are fab and two of their eye shadow palettes. I recently purchased their pressed pigments and found that although very pretty they do not stay on the eyes despite using primers etc. I wrote a comment on their recent tik tok live stating their glitters to be amazing but that I could not get the pigments to stay on, hoping they would reach out with a solution to this. Instead they banned me from the live and blocked me off their page! I am honestly gobsmacked, I have sent 3 emails requesting to make a complaint and querying why on earth they would do that. I would understand had I been abusive in any way but I simply gave honest feedback about their product. I have had NO response at all. It is clear to see they are just after peoples money and feel my honest comment would impact their business. You really should not be in business if you cannot take feedback and mine was actually complimentary!! A trustworthy and honest business would have addressed my concerns and suggested a solution or refund. I will never buy from this company again!! There are plenty of their competitors online who have a far better approach to customer service. Please don’t give this company your money- they DO NOT care about their customers whatsoever!!!!

The best pressed glitters around! These are incredible, I'm so happy I came across Withlovecosmetics a year ago, I wish I had found them sooner. These glitters are just perfection from the range of colours to their lasting power! 🥰 These last all night long and I always get so many compliments but its all thanks to how incredible these truly are. I can't wait to continue growing my collection!!!

The fastest delivery!! The only glitter pigments i will ever use, they are PER-FECT!!! Don’t feel chalky on the eyelids and they will stay shining AL NIGHT. Might start even using them in my every day glam i am OBSESSED beyond words!!

Love these glitters 😍 from colours I wasn’t comfortable with using on my eyes at first I managed to make use of and they manage to look good. On normal days when I’m trying to do something natural can’t help but to reach out for the glitters and always somehow turns into a glitter eye🙈can’t stick to an eye look without glitters nowadays . So many colours to choose from that I’ve got a look for every outfit I wear & not to forget how easy they apply and last all day long without creating a mess. Love them!. Just to add the staff is very helpful and kind as I ordered a mystery bundle and they let me choose which colours I wanted and took this into consideration when packing on TikTok live 🥰 & always help out by swatching colours if I’m not sure which one I want.

Love this brand!❤️ The pressed glitters are amazing! No adhesive is required just apply straight away with your finger or brush! This makes it super quick and easy to use! I love the magnetic palettes as well to store your glitters and it keeps them tidy and they’re perfect for travel! I also love their new makeup sponges they’re super soft and blend products like a dream! With this brand there’s so many products to try and you’ll never get tired of them! I can’t wait to try more products out in the future!❤️

Amazing products I have two large palettes of pressed glitters, loose pigments, eyeshadows, liquid chromes. No fallout when applied as instructed but easy to clean up and wash off when needed !! I love them! All super good quality amazing range and constantly new shades etc coming out so always exciting if you follow brands ! Always get compliments and have put friends and strangers onto the glitters ! Ps vintage bronze pressed glitter is a personal fav just incredible !!

Absolute top notch! My first order was of the two limited edition shades last year where they were raising money for animal charity’s and I havnt looked back since! I make orders most weeks as no one can say no to a good barrrggg! I have pretty much every product they own including the new heart melter sponges (softest sponge I’ve ever used)! I still do my makeup routine like we’re in 2016 and still have all my same makeup I used back then but since buying withlovecosmetics product, they’re always my go too! I’ve introduced the brand to family members, who now also take my new products so I just buy more (what a shame). Not only are the products amazing, the girls are always reachable and have a good laugh with all customers! I can’t express enough the quality of these products, the loose pigments are my everyday go to and I have no complaints!! Delivery has always been no more than 2 days so perfect when you want something last minute if you’re anything like me, or Luca haha! These are not to be slept on and everyone needs to try them! 🩷

Seriously what an amazing creation! The easiest glitter to use and looks amazing! I use these glitters on stage under hot lights, sweating whilst singing and dancing and not one piece of glitter moves or disappears. Do not order if you live within the EU. The site mentions that they will pay the import fees, but this is not true. I had ordered for 55 euros and got another message from my national delivery service that I had to pay 36 euros in import duties before they could deliver the package because their IOSS number is not validly registered. In terms of customer service via email, you really only get an answer if you threaten to file a complaint or respond to photos on instagram.

Awful customer services. Ordered eyeshadows 2 weeks ago for my daughters birthday and they still haven't arrived. They will not re-send items even though I only spent £15. They will not refund unless they receive original items. They were investigating what had happened but have heard nothing and they are not responding to my emails. Avoid this company!!!!

Bought the mocha shade, it is absolutely beautiful however i am a little disappointed. I expected the pan to be filled properly, it’s got a big dip in the middle and doesn’t even reach up the sides fully like a high end company would provide, especially because they aren’t particularly cheap - the filling is poor and definitely lacking. The glitter itself smells like play-dough which is a little off putting. Additionally, it’s so hard to store, you can’t throw it in your makeup bag so you’re expected to buy a palette to hold the individual glitters, they definitely need to work on the packaging side of things.

I also watch live on tictok,when you can see the lovely ladies packing the orders! I've ordered about 5 times from them now,& never had a problem! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND! ❤️💜❤️

First of all, the pressed glitters are gorgeous!! I applied some in the morning, was working all day, and when I got back home in the evening, the glitter looked just as good as when I applied it!! Also, the packaging is beautiful, you can see how much thought and detail went into every single product. I am so happy and excited to have these in my collection and wear them all the time!

There were some problems with shipping and customs but Millie, the founder, was super quick to reply to every email and every question I had, and was even kind enough to send a replacement package to fix the issue. Thank you so much! Will definitely order again!

I am now on my seventh re order with WLC. The products do not compare with anything else on the beauty market - they are unmatched. For years I have scoured all of the makeup counters in all of the drugstores, both high end and high street, and was left disappointed over and over again with the lack of pigmentation and coming home from a long day to look in the mirror and look like I hadn’t even put any eyeshadow on in the first place! Until I came across WLC Instagram page last year and this all changed for me. I placed my first order back in summer 2021 and have since placed 7 more orders and I’ll never go back! I even wear the pressed glitters and loose pigments and get compliments every time I wear them without fail! I love everything that WLC stand for (vegan, cruelty free and totally inclusive just to name a few). The confidence boost these products have given me is something I am truly grateful for! There is literally no mess when applying and the glitters actually stick to your eyelids! Can’t wait to receive my next order (Pink Dreams Palette)!

Amazing products! The formula is amazing and stays on for HOURS with falling everywhere and making a mess. I also had a problem with my order and the Customer Service was super helpful!

I absolutely love this companies products and continual passion for producing high quality, innovative, yet affordable cosmetics. I also very much appreciate the care that is always taken to protect every order as much as possible from any potential rough handling while in transit. I’m located in Canada and even with traveling that distance I have never received a single damaged product despite the condition of some packing boxes. My only constructive suggestion would be to offer swatch previews for all products (in multiple skin tones) on the website, as only some currently have that. Since cosmetics look different on skin then in packaging, it means searching across various social media platforms for a potential swatch. Thanks, I look forward to seeing where the future takes the company.
