Supported this brand since her YouTube days and own every bit of makes up that has been marketed. Recently it was the brow definer pencil. Sadly after only 24 uses it is done. Customer service who took to reply to an Instagram post as opposed to an email said it was my fault for using it so much and that's what's expected of the product. Works out just under a pound per use so it's a ridiculous amount for the item. Customer service is so patronising with their ignorant response. Gutted I've wasted so much money and tine on a company that couldn't care about what customers say. Also, note that there are no 1 star reviews for their items. That's because they Vito them to suit their marketing. I've posted several one star reviews for this pencil and not one is viewable. It's a sham. Stay clear if you want value for money.

The girl I spoke to was honestly so lovely and really helpful. She explained that sometimes separation can happen and usually a good shake will fix it, but she also mentioned it could potentially be a batch issue. What really stood out to me was that, as a goodwill gesture, she offered to replace it there and then with a brand new foundation.
I wasn’t expecting that at all, and it just shows how much they value their customers. The service was friendly, genuine and really reassuring.
I already love Vieve and all of their products, but this has made me love the brand even more. Thank you so much!

Longtime lover of what Vieve has become. When makeup sessions in the Glasgow store became available I booked myself and my friend in for some pampering before a concert so we wouldn’t need to pack our makeup bags. I came down ill suddenly and was unable to attend. I got in touch with customer service to explain the situation that we wouldn’t be able to attend our appointments. I also explained that I knew that with it being a last minute cancellation I would not receive a refund, which I was perfectly fine with. I did say to them however I would hate for the appointment to go to waste or the cost of the products that would be included in the appointment so if they were happy to give it away in store to a customer I was more than happy for that to happen.
I received an email back from Jack thanking me for the offer and that instead they would give me the full refund. They didn’t have to return that money back to me, they were in their rights to keep it as I was cancelling within a certain amount of time, and I was happy for someone else to receive a wee pick me up at my expense but no. That’s why I will be rebooking an appointment when I’m back down in Glasgow next. And that’s how you keep returning customers.

I spoke with a lovely consultant about my concerns with aging; she was so knowledgeable and actually suggested budget-friendly skincare to help my makeup sit better rather than just pushing their own line.
I walked away with the new eyebrow pencil (the applicator is perfect and it lasts all day) and the Skin Nova. I was worried it might be too shiny, but it gives a beautiful glow and is the perfect base. The packaging is stunning and I love what the brand stands for. I’m already looking into a full consultation—100% recommend!

As a long-time loyal customer of the brand, I own almost the entire collection. I recently contacted customer service about a problem with one of my products. What a disappointment! After only two email exchanges, the brand simply stopped responding.
I thought a small company would be more customer-focused, but it's quite the opposite. By comparison, a large retailer like Haus Labs was far more responsive and professional regarding a single product I owned. It's a shame, but given this lack of consideration, I don't plan to buy from them again.

I really love Vieve. The products are great quality. Everything feels well thought out and premium.
The makeup bags are also a lovely touch — practical, well made, and stylish. Overall, a brand I really enjoy using and would happily recommend.

Purchased numerous products but 1 of the products lid was faulty it seems and spilt all over my makeup bag ruining some other items. I also purchased the bronzer and again when I opened the package it was all broken.
I could not take it back straight away as this was discovered when I went on holiday over Xmas and when I returned I went to the pop up shop at union square and it was gone.
First experience with vieve and very disappointed. I have emailed them but now I don’t have the products to send images I don’t really think I can do anything about this now but very disappointing and more so not long received and email saying they are going to put up their prices but I would suggest taking a good look at your packing before a price rise
Really good company to deal with. I would definitely order from them again.
Ordering and delivery was straightforward. I ordered the Vieve Solange Hotlips Ring Set. It arrive promptly and returns process with easy when the ring was too small. Prompt return and refund meant I can now order again in a larger size.
I would definitely recommend ordering from a company like this where customer service is so seamless.

Absolutely great products and very good quality. I have the Skin Nova Complexion Balm, which I think of as foundation and I also recently ordered an eyeshadow pallet. The foundation is lovely and thick, but if you don't want full coverage then you can just use a little. It lasts the whole day, as does the eyeshadow. Highly recommended due to the quality of the products. Customer service was fast, friendly and efficient too.

I used to be a massive Jamie Genevieve fan years ago on YouTube and I’ll be honest I completely fell away from following for years until I noticed the brand VIEVE, I started buying products here and there but this year I have really started to replace everything in my make up bag with VIEVE! the smell and quality of everything is amazing and so luxurious, my skin has never been in a better condition than from switching my full everyday make up to VIEVE, I can’t wait to have my full collection all products, and to have someone so local to me have made it with a brand like this is truly inspiring. Cannot fault the Glasgow store at all as well, so happy it is now permanent.
I had an item missing from an order I received. Emailed the query over on Xmas Eve. Jack in customer service responded so quickly and has resolved the issue. Couldn’t fault Vieve at all, would highly recommend based on the speed of communication alone. Especially on what I imagine could be one of the busiest days of the year.

I placed an order on this online store for Black Friday. It took a long time for the package to arrive (which is understandable) because it was a sale. What really angers me is that at checkout clearly was stated that taxes and duties were included in the final price, and now it turns out I have to pay €14 in taxes! I'm very disappointed with Vieve.can you guys do something to make this right ? please , otherwhise i wish to return the package.

Phenomenal customer service issues raised and resolved within an hour - I am always skeptical when emailing support opposed to a live chat but i have been blown away by the response and communication. From, social media content, to marketing, products, product development, delivery and customer service. Vieve is absolutely nailing it!!!!
Vieve products are quite literally the best on the market. I'm cross with myself for waiting so long to try it but as soon as i did, it took me no time at all to purchase pretty much the entire collection!
Jamie always says she can spot Vieve complexion a mile off and everytime i use Vieve I find myself checking myself out throughout the day and admiring how the product looks and makes me feel!! Not only that, Jamie has inspired me to do a top up make up artist course (i qualified in 2005 and for a number of reasons, left the industry in 2010)
So thank you to Jamie, Jack and every single person at Vieve for creating something so wonderful, magical and inspirational!!! <3
I decided to treat myself to the new tote and some skin nova. At the time of ordering the website claimed c25 totes were still in stock, order confirmation received. I waited for a couple of days but no dispatch email followed, upon reading reviews I could see this wasn't uncommon so waited a week but still no email. Emailed customer services to see what was happening and received a response the following day to say they had "oversold" the tote bag so I wouldn't be receiving one. I asked them if my order had been missed by their dispatch team or if they had infact oversold to quite a few people, because if the website said c25 in stock when I ordered then surely other people must have not received their order either? This email has so far been ignored.
For a first time shopping experience it's pretty shambolic, especially as I had to query where my order was before they discovered the apparent "overselling". No form of good will gesture offered other than refunding me the item..... Won't be ordering again.
Evri have lost my parcel and I’ve sent vieve multiple emails and DMs regarding this over the past few days and no one has responsed!!! So frustrated

Very disappointed with the Poutder lip colour and lip liner. Product arrived on time. Very expensive for a lumpy, insipid, (pinky) product. It doesn‘t last 5 minutes. Lips looks dry on application. Given the reviews here on their poor customer care, I won‘t bother to complain. Ah well you live and learn !

I've attempted to order from Vieve on two separate occasions now, and both times, the product never arrived. This is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely non-existent. I've tried to reach out multiple times, but I've received no response whatsoever. It feels like they don't even have a customer service team. This is unacceptable for an online retailer. I won't be ordering from Vieve again and would advise others to be very cautious

I must say I am quite disappointed by the vieve complexion balm, I have been a fan of Jamie and her makeup for a long time since the beginning of her youtube days, however this skin tint really disappoints. No longevity when wearing it to the office, leaves a sticky film on the skin that shines so much that even accidentally touching your face with your hand leaves a sticky thick film on the hand along with colour coming off very easily, it feels like it stays on top of the skin, and it smells like a lot of essential oils. I know she used to like the green weleeda cream and so did I, and she probably wanted to create something just like that but tinted, hence I think the strong smell of essential oils, but unfortunately to me it is a flop, and considering I’ve tried makeup forever skin tints and the maybelline one, I think the maybelline one is much better when having a glowy base on as it stays on so much more, doesn’t need to be powdered down every hour (and I’m usually the person that wants to have the wettest lookig face, so you can imagine how heavy that is), most importantly it stays on, and you can actually touch your face or give a colleague a hug without leaving grease all over their shoulder. Very sad about this and I do feel like it was a waste of money, not what I expected, I use a different brand of a setting spray but it shouldn’t be the case that you need to use all of her products for it to last all day (as she claimed in her video applying it). Yes, it looks nice on the skin for the first hour, but that’s about it. Complextion balm or not, it shouldn’t come off so quickly. PS neither of the competiting brands broke me out, and since I started using vieve complexion balm I feel like I’m getting breakouts on my cheeks, as if it was stopping my pores from breathing, and I did not use a different base than usual (i use serums interchangeably and the glow recipe watermelon moisturiser). Not saying her product was the reason for my breakouts, but worth mentioning (My skin is 29 years old)
