I had started the glp-1 shots 5 months ago. I had an issue with one order and it was taken care of promptly, above and beyond expectations. Thank you! And the shots are working wonderfully!! I haven't been this weight in over 30 years. Still more work to do but feeling great!

Because she cares
The reason why I gave a chance to Elara was because of NEELIE. She explained not only the medication itself but how I was going to benefit by eating and continue to do great progress throughout my journey. Knowing that I have someone holding my hand while I got on my feet and get all the knowledge I need was extremely important for me. Medication arrived with in 3 days and the process was great with her help. It has been the best experience I have had and made the best choice.

My journey with Elara
I’m coming up on a year with Elara and overall it’s been a really positive experience for me. I started my journey looking for something that would actually support my weight-loss goals in a realistic way, and I’ve felt like I’ve had that here.
The process has been pretty smooth from the beginning, getting set up, staying on track, and communicating when I needed help. Shipping has been reliable, and I haven’t felt lost in the process like I have with other programs in the past. The patient portal is also easy to use, which makes everything feel more organized.
What I appreciate most is that it feels like a steady, supported approach instead of something confusing or overwhelming. It’s been a big part of my consistency this past year.
Overall, I’m glad I chose Elara and I’m continuing my journey with them.💛
