I’ve had such a positive experience with Elara. Shipping is fast, communication is clear, and what truly stands out is how supported I feel. Great Service & Quality GLP1’s RX from Med professional
Their service is excellent & the Dr responds quickly to any questions you may have thru your patient portal that’s an app. Quality GLP1 such as Tirzepatide or Semiglutide. Other peptides too, all from from a 503a pharmacy. Low prices w no membership fee. As a new patient I ordered my meds on a Thursday evening and had meds at my door thru UPS the following Monday morning.

This is the BEST company's hands down! There quick service, I literally had my meds in my hands on the 3rd day after filling out the questionnaire! Not to mention that micro dosing got the scale moving again after a 6 month stall.

Elara Cost-Effective Whole Person Care
Elara offers safe, efficacious access to care — which is so important to me. And it's one of the most cost-effective reputable providers I've found.
My communication with my provider has been seemless and customer service has been very responsive.
I am down 167lbs on my journey — I've been with other telehealths and Elara is top tier. In addition to my Tirz, my doctor prescribed Sermorelin and glutathione and both offer excellent benefits and I'm excited to have added them to my wellness stack.

My meds came fast and support responds quickly as well as the medical provider. Elara was the most affordable option for me compared to others. I tried other telehealths before and a med spa and wasnt seeing results. I was told “everyone responds different” and brushed off. I switched to Elara and finally started seeing results and broke my stall. The pharmacy they use is LEGIT.

Affordable GLPS!
Love the community aspect! I completed my intake, heard from the doctor the next day and was approved for treatment, had my meds within a week. The meds came super cold and packaged very well. Love the affordability and no insurance hassle.

Easy and Affordable
I am so glad I chose Elara over some other telehealth companies. I’ve been on a compounded GLP1 for over 2 years so I really didn’t need a lot of hand holding from providers. I really just wanted quality prescriptions and a great sense of community. And I definitely feel like I found that with Elara.
The ordering process was very smooth and easy. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy the same day as my video visit. And the shipping was via UPS and I received it in about 2 days.
I highly recommend Elara to all my GLP people!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I like that they are up front about their response time window. Instead of getting immediate generic responses from automated emails like other companies, the first response I receive actually answers my question. It’s clear this company cares about their customers’ experience.
The medicine itself is great. I’ve done name brand before and I feel the exact same on their compound version.
