I wish I had have checked the reviews before I threw away 26.13 . Paid thru Venmo and going to call them tomorrow. I was so excited thinking I was buying an early Christmas present ☹️

I placed my order 6/27/26. The tracking updates kept saying. Your order is on the way. On 7/27/26 the tracking said order delivered. I never received the order. The email correspondence person said your order is on the way. The second time I reached out they said it was delivered , then no, it is out for delivery. There has been no more responses from the email correspondence person. I have reached out several times. I requested a refund or my order to be resubmitted. At this point I will call this whole experience a LOSS.

I had the exact same issue with this scam company. Paid for items, said they were delivered... They WERE NOT. No response, no refund... CRICKETS....SCAMMMMMM - BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. On July 31, 2026 I had ordered $59.11 worth of womens shirts. On August 30, 2026 I received an e-mail stating my items had been delivered. I checked, nothing at my doors, in my mailbox or my neighbors. I sent them an e-mail asking about my package status. The response..We have noticed that the items you ordered have been marked as delivered. To ensure that you receive your items smoothly, please check your email for the delivery notification. Additionally, please ask your family or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf, as it may not have been delivered directly to your doorstep.
This seems to be something this company does, stayed it has been delivered when it was more than likely never shipped. I will be contacting my credit card company and also checking reviews before any more on-line purchases. If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam!

SCAM website. Tracking number comes up as being delivered. Nothing received. No reply to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will lose your money

Have been waiting for an order I placed in June. First time after 30 days I was told it must have gotten lost would I like a replacement order. I said yes. Now it has been 25 more days and it says delivered today September 2 but I haven't received anything. Total waste of my time and money. Very frustrating. I would warn anyone thinking about placing an order to not waste their money.

I ordered many items from this site called Winsleigh months ago, after many emails and being told that they had been delivered it is time to expose the site as a scam. I have asked for a full refund, without any reply. I have gone onto other sites, and they are all the same being told that the items have been delivered which is untrue. They also then go onto tell you to track the items, the tracking system is a scam also.
don't buy anything from them. if you have also been scammed, go online and tell everyone about them.
DON'T BUY FROM WINSLEIGHT THEY ARE A SCAME COMPANY ALL THOUGH THEIR SITE LOOKS PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE NOT.

Paid and they never sent the clothes. Tracking site all in Chinese and insisted they were delivered. No way to stop them advertising and scamming people

I place an order on July 29, 2026. On August 22, 2026 the tracking number says that it was delivered. Never received! The same thing happened with ZoyaBlisss They are NOT A TRUE STORE/BUSINESS... IT'S A SCAM!

I tried to cancel my order 1 day after I placed it and they sent me an email saying it was already shipped and takes 14-30 days to receive. Yesterday my tracking number says it was delivered and I never received any delivery. I have referred this to my credit card company to investigate fraud. This company is nothing but a scam!!! Don’t order from this company!

Company stole my money and never delivered the product.

I ordered from this Winsleigh company on 7/4/26 paid $51.83 this included the $1.51 extra protection for the order. Today 8/22/26 I have not received my order. I received an order update email and when I clicked on the tracking number it said that it had been delivered on 8/5/26. People, need to be aware of this company and never order from them because they are scammers.

I marked as a 1 but would do 0 if possible. Items never arrived when I first reached out they assured me it was on the way even though it was 3 weeks later. Next time I contacted them they said they could find no record of my order. I sent them proof of the order they promised to look into it and get back a month later still nothing and no further response from them

Take your order and your money, give you false delivery information and refuse to refund when not delivered. SCAM WEBSITE!! They sent notification that it was delivered, then sent another stating that it would be delivered in a few days. We have cameras all around our house. Nothing has been delivered, and neighbors have not received anything. Even paid extra for the "insurance" in case of loss, damage or no delivery. 🤬🤬🤬 Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

They took the $40 for package ordered, then sent useless emails congratulating me in it arriving. THEN: 3 weeks later tried fraudulently charging my card over $300.

I saw WINSLEIGH company online & it stated that it would donate to Breast Cancer, I was happy to purchase their products, free delivery with more spending. I ordered June 28, 2026, received Order 4806, then nothing, no date for delivery email. I reviewed everything & received a fake tracking number message, which updated quite regularly. Never received anything, checked online tracking system for USPS, WINSLEIGH tracking number was not correct. Emailed stating No delivery, WHY? Returned fake delivery info. I asked my bank to request a refund, they denied my request & WINSLEIGH gets to keep my funds? Something has to happen to the SCAMMERS, because it’s theft.

I am so tired of all the scams, cons and rip off artists who regularly rob American citizens of their hard earned money, simply because they CAN!! How long is this legal system going to look the other way as those from foreign countries come here and are GIVEN a platform to deceive through fraudulent business practices?? If this legal system was operating at an efficient level to protect the Amer. ppl from these morally bankrupt swarm of locust, they'd be behind bars or deported..yet they continue. WHY?

Never delivered. Ordered 5 items from this company, Never received a delivery confirmation email. Checked site daily, Site stated package was delivered on a specific date and time. No delivery photos. Contacted company and received a run around. Checked with neighbors to see if package was delivered to them on my behalf. NO. Company continues to give me the run around. Asked for complete refund. Denied so far. I feel that this company is definitely a scam company.
