I had a query about the delivery of my item because I needed it the following day so sent an email.
The Seller responded & confirmed that I would have next day delivery.
Not only did my order arrive the next day but it arrived in the morning! So the courier that they use obviously gives them a great service too.
At time of order I felt that the shipping cost was a little high at £3.90 for a very small item but the product itself was good value. However, considering the brilliant service I received I am more than happy to have paid the £3.90!
I am also very happy with the product.
In addition I have received a follow up email making sure that I am completely happy.
I would have no qualms about recommending this Company & I would most certainly use them again.

Not all items in order arrived
Not all items in order arrived, no explanation in despatch note for shortfall. Had to ring and query where they were (turns out they were out of stock). Refund not processed, had to then chase this up as well. Items despatched quickly but could have been a much better experience...and didn't even receive the freebie chocolate either.
