Un servicio impecable
Quiero destacar el servicio impecable de esta empresa de transportes. Desde el principio, todo el proceso fue una maravilla. El trato fue atento y cercano, y se notaba una profesionalidad en cada detalle. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Don Domingo, que nos brindó ayuda en todo momento. Desde la organización hasta el fin del servicio. Todo llegó en perfecto estado y de manera puntual.

Un servicio excepcional de principio a fin
Necesitaba realizar un envio después de buscar varias empresas de transporte, encontré GotoVan. Desde el primer momento me transmitieron confianza y demostraron una gran profesionalidad.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Don Domingo, que estuvo disponible en todo momento para resolver cualquier duda e imprevisto. Siempre buscó la mejor solución posible y respondió con rapidez, amabilidad y profesionalidad. Es una persona muy responsable, resolutiva y comprometida con sus clientes, algo que marca la diferencia en un proceso que puede resultar estresante.
Después de finalizado el servicio tubo un gran detalle conmigo lo que demuestra aún más el compromiso que tienen con la satisfacción del cliente, actuando con total seriedad y transparencia incluso cuando surgieron circunstancias ajenas a ellos.
Lo que parecía imposible, ellos lo hicieron posible. Sin duda, volvería a confiar en GotoVan y la recomiendo al 100 %.

I used GotoVan a few months ago to send a parcel from Spain to London with all the Spanish goodies I miss living in the UK—jamón serrano, cheese, honey, pipas, and other treats that are difficult to find here. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Domingo was fantastic to deal with. He kept in touch throughout the process and even called me a couple of times to make sure everything was going smoothly. My mum needed a little help placing the order, so I helped her and Domingo was helpful, and made everything very easy for me to booked it correctly!
The communication was outstanding, the parcel arrived safely and in perfect condition, and the service was reliable throughout. I'm very happy with the experience and will certainly be using GotoVan again. Highly recommended!

Con Gotovan no hay que preocuparse por nada; cualquier duda o consulta es atendida de forma rápida y eficaz. Su atención al cliente es realmente excepcional y transmite confianza durante todo el proceso.
Además, mis paquetes llegaron en tan solo cinco días desde el Reino Unido hasta España, superando mis expectativas tanto en rapidez como en eficiencia.
