In 2019 I was 18 stone and diagnosed bordeline diabetic
I decided I didnt want tablets or injections and decided to reduce weight by diet.
I found a site that gave 16 best foods.
Apple cider( with mother) vinegar was near the top.
I bought some. Started with tea spoonful, with water and a Rich Tea biscuit.
I slowly increased the quantity up to 2 tablespoons.
I decided to buy in bulk and found Willys do 5 litres.
You never get used to the bitter taste but, 3 years later I am now down to 14 stone.
Every night, before bed, I have my Willy's Cider vinegar, with biscuit and, if it can keep this 84 year old going, I will continue to do so.
Along withe other foods in guide, Willy's ACV has given me a new lease of life.

This to us is the best apple cider vinegar, the flavour is perfect and the quality. We use it every day to reduce blood sugars and it makes a perfect morning drink ( diluted of course) the delivery and order was fast and we will definitely be getting more from Willy’s

If I get to actually identify/quantify the physical benefit(s) after 60 days I don't think I will be keeping this info to myself! Meanwhile experience to date from first finding out about this ACV, getting a reply to a query before ordering and then the actual reciept of the 60-day supply has been first class.

Love this ACV. Have the massive box, the bottle next to the stove and the tiny bottles for taking to restaurants. Perfect.

I am a huge fan of this brand / product range!
My first purchase in Jan23 was 500ml Live Apple Cider Vinegar but have now moved to 5L (decant into 500ml glass bottle)
I now have Turmeric & Black Pepper with Honey and the Fire Cider.
My next purchase is the Kombucha!
I cannot recommend this product enough..
