Had a great morning, on a very cold day the piglets made great hand warmers.
So friendly and cuddly.

From booking to the day of our piggy enthusiast experience the staff were really friendly and professional.
Amelia made us feel very welcome, was kind and was very knowledgeable about all the piggies . We enjoyed getting stuck in with the piggies ,mucking them out , feeding them and brushing them along with lots of cuddles . We really enjoyed our morning out and would definitely recommend !

We phoned just to confirm a few things and they were excellent. Very helpfull and friendly. Can't fault them in anyway. If you want to sponsor a micro pig, then Kew Little Pigs Farm is a great option.

Had a fantastic day with the pigs. The animals are well looked after and staff were friendly. The only improvement would be a staff member on the piglets pen to ensure people did not stay too long so everyone had a fair time in with the piglets as they are the star attraction. on our 2-4 session there were 2 groups that hogged the time staying over 20 minutes while others waited. This I know is down to peoples selfish attitudes and most other guests were respectful of others attending.

Leaving a 1* review as we've had a truly awful experience with this place - their customer service is truly awful.

My boyfriend purchased a 2 person experience via red letter days for a Christmas present and we booked, via their website, for the 8th of February. Our childcare fell through on the 5th of February so we emailed asking if we could please rearrange the date due to this. We heard nothing back from them until the 10th of February, 2 days after our original booking, to say no that wouldn't be possible as we had used an experience voucher.

Had they responded to our original email in a timely fashion, not 6 days later to tell us of this "policy" we would have done our absolute best to try and find another solution so we could attend on the 8th, and not lose the money we had spent. We communicated this to them and said we thought it was unfair we weren't responded to in a timely manner which consequently meant we instantly lost our money, and they offered no solution apart from a 20% discount to book again.

Unless you're someone who has plans that never change, or childcare that doesn't sometimes fall through, I would avoid this "experience" as they will just take your money at the first opportunity.

What a fabulous place. We had the best time playing and interacting with all the pigs. We all loved being in with the 5 week old piglets who were so cute and funny, but also meeting all the other pigs and having time to stroke and brush them and having hugs with the smaller pigs was a real treat!

I bought two of the little chick teddies online. They arrived promptly. Beautiful, quality items, they have made a lovely gift.

The item arrived poorly packed, just in a plastic bag. Although the toy was quite sweet, the description was “Guinea Pig with sound”. Unfortunately the sound is more like insects in a tropical rain forest and nothing like the sweet “squeak squeak” of a guinea pig! They have offered to refund me if I return it but with the cost of postage and the prospect of a disappointed grandson I am reluctantly keeping it. Would have been acceptable at half the price 😔
