Damaged in shipping, not corrected
Vanity was delivered but poorly packaged. Every drawer front rubbed through the stain.
Unfortunately, Customer Service is AWFUL. They don't answer the phone and have refused to provide a solution.
I have an exceptionally damaged vanity, no solution (except at my own cost), and would absolutely not recommend their products.

Customer service - Nathan was very friendly and helpful
Nathan was very friendly and helpful through the ordering process. He knows the products very well and offered to send me pictures of the actual product to show the quality and color. He also picked up the phone and walked me through what to expect step by step after me placing the order. Now I think of my master bathroom vanity, it brings smile to my face. That is very special. The vanity looks to be of high quality and very elegant from the pictures. I look forward to receiving the product soon.

I haven't received my item yet (though I expect to love it!), so this review is about my service experience. I had planned to purchase through an online retailer, but started reading poor reviews. I decided to go direct to the manufacturer. I connected with Nathan at Willow - he's amazing! Great communicator online and in person. Knows the product and support / warranty processes. Plus he seems like an overall nice guy!

The person who helped guide my decision, Masha, was incredibly helpful and great. And then Ella got with the team and helped me find a better pricing situation. Have not taken delivery yet nor seen the vanity, but so far the company has been really great to work with. So, high expectations have been met so far and will be excited to put the 7 foot unit into service in our new addition.

Rain, of customer service, was again available and is simply fantastic to work with. Answered all our questions and was helpful in walking through the ordering process and confirming our order was correct. Unmatched Customer Service!
Willow Bath and Vanity provided absolutely unmatched customer service from start to finish. Every person I talked to had access to prior information, including photographs, measurements, etc, so I never had to repeat myself. We were able to communicate easily and quickly via text and phone.
