I reached out on a Sunday hoping for at best an answering service. What I got far exceeded my expectations. Mai reached out to me over text within an HOUR!! I asked a question about when an item would come back in stock and unfortunately it was out of production for 6-9 months. But Mai was a next level sales person and customer rep. She found me an even better in-stock item, helped me chose the counter top that works best for my design and delivered me an invoice before my kids chicken nuggets were done. If the quality of the vanity is even 25% as great as Mai was to work with I know I’ll be amazed. thank you to Mai and willow bath for being the easiest part of this renovation!

Michael and Tim delivered 2 vanities with care and professionalism. With the white glove service they did not rush and placed all 4 pieces with care and attention.

Customer service was super helpful and responded quickly to my questions about the product and facilitated a quick delivery that worked with my construction schedule.

The customers service was incredible. We ordered from NY State and were guided through the design selection process, getting texts of photos from the showroom to help us finalize the finishes. The quality of the vanity is top tier, and when there was a small issue with delivery, the company responded immediately. Fully recommend.

We have purchased two vanities from them, we have tried to remedy an issue we have had. The team was very helpful and solved our issue. I would recommend and buy again

good quality. The company sent me pictures of vanity prior to shipping to approve. Make sure you check sink depth before ordering no sink option as you will need a 11" deep sink

Willow Bath and Vanity is a great company. Their vanities are in all three of our bathrooms and they make the rooms charming and beautiful. The craftsmanship was better than I could have known! The people who work for the company were excellent. I worked with Ella and she was so responsive. In my entire home remodel experience, the bathroom vanities are my favorite things!

Easy to get a live agent. Not a lot of bot-back and forth. Fast, professional helpful.

Beautiful vanity. When I chose to order it without a top, it only took $100 off. Shipping was $300. Those two things made it overpriced.

First vanity had to be replaced upon inspection. It was handled quickly and replaced within a few days. Daniel and Victor handled both deliveries and were friendly and professional. Olya K was my sales person and she was very helpful.

Packing was not great. The legs went through the cardboard as soon as the vanity was lifted off of the pallet and the legs were not protected causing one to get scratched. I also contacted customer service as the price dropped. They would not adjust because of being a day off but their sale started before the cut off. It also was unfortunate that they do not have a variety of shipping options. I live in an area that does not have a way for a semi to get to a driveway safely so they were going to have to drop off on the sidewalk. Thankfully the person delivering was great and knew the area- but anyone else would have been a problem. We will see how the vanity is after install and will update then

The vanity is so beautiful! We’re in the middle of our bathroom remodel and I can’t wait to get in installed! The delivery service was top notch too.

The vanity is good quality. Ease of ordering. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the delivery team. I was called and emailed with the delivery time. That was great, however they will just take it off the truck and place outside. Usually with my single family home this would not have been an issue, this was a condominium in a big city on a moderately busy side street. They arrived one hour early, It was raining and my son asked if they could move it into the lobby (no stairs and double doors) 5 feet from where they unloaded it. They said NO. I called before the delivery to ask if there was a different delivery option I could pay for and was told no. This being the only option for a piece of expensive furniture is unacceptable. My son had to sit in the lobby steps to make sure someone didn’t walk off with it until we could get a second pair of hands to bring it inside. Besides the delivery process the company and the product seem great.

Item quality is excellent and process from order to delivery was timely and smooth.

Great selection process. Despite being out of th counter I selected I felt the options we went over via text were helpful and I liked the marble counter I received more in the end.
Delivery was easy but expensive. Ended up being about $600 in shipping and delivery costs to being inside and up stairs. (Just fyi) Not sure if this is th going rate, but wanted to make note.
