Good quality, easy to build up.

Late summer we finalized assembling the playground. The package contained everything, and there we no issues. One small thing: pre-drilled holes would speed up the assembly process.

The kids just love it: when they arrive home from school/kindergarten, they immediately go to the playground and just play and play and play... Also good for the parents: saves some time since we can do some household work while we keep an eye on the kids playing :-).

You will get what You paid for, correct price, helpfull and fast feedback from customer service!

Congrat, and keep going that way Wickey Team ;)

Good quality playground, for a reasonable price!

We purchased a Wickey Smart Swift Swing with Slide about 6 months ago. The product was absolutely satisfactory, my two kids (2 & 4 years old) love it so much that they spent the whole summer on the slide. :) Thanks for the easy ordering process and the joy the product brought to our family. Thumbs up!

The online shopping itself was easy and quick, the company processed the order in one day. The delivery took two weeks as it was described.
The fun part is the assembly of the toy. It was two days until we finished (2 of us).
My kid love it, use it daily. Absolutely worth the money.

Super product quality and amazing customer service.
The frame is very secure solid wood, child friendly no splinter, sharp corner!
I think some pattern for place of the screws makes your product better! THANK YOU

The climbing frame We ordered is very nice, and good quality. There was a little problem with the material, but the customer support solved it in no time. I will order again next time We move.

The quality of the wood is not excellent, few broken pieces. Some of the items missing (vertical handrails).
Otherwise got way too much screws and bolts, what is satisfying, but really not needed.

Manual is OK, but sometimes confusing as it is combined for 2-3 types of product. Had few unnecessary drilling because of it.

The kids are enjoying and it was a challenge to build, hopefully will be in our garden for long period.

Honestly, I expected more quality for the price (comparing to other products), but still, it is a good product.

The children got amazing pirate ship as a playground. Thank u. :)

A termék teljes mértékben megfelelt az elvárásoknak, ár-érték arányban verhetetlen. A minősèg jó ( bár nem árt a fát lefesteni a tartóssàg érdekében) Viszonylag gyorsan megérkezett a termék, az utmutató alapján összeszerelhető

Shopping was very simple, fast and convinient. The suggested accessories are important, thank you.

Detailed description, helpful explaining videos.

Very well description for each product, easy to make the decision. The payment process is straightforward and fast. Good experience.

I really like the site, I hope the product will be fine.

Easy, fast, good experience with the purchase. Cannot wait to recieve the product!

Very Qiuck help on mail way, about the weiht/physical parameters of the package.
Fast buying/paying method, im waiting for the package now.

Edit: 20210811 - the package delivered as the customer service said by phone, but the quality is poor.
The wood materials are twisted by their axis, the edges are rough, so you have to grind them all (if i knew it before the buyiny ...) The plastic forms you have to cut from a big plastic rectangle, but without predrawed lines, or perforation, or anything help. So i do not recommend, just if you have oll of woodworking tools at home...
Another problem, there was just on some pieces pre holes witch can help the assembly.
Im disappointed.

Good products, professional customer service. Excellent material quality! Good game for my kids!
