SuperB customer care!
My wife picked the Smart Legend 150. I have a few questions related to the assembly, anchoring and compliment parts. I called the helpdesk. A friendly german lady helped me with all my questions being answered. SuperB customer care (hungarian speaking operator would be nice, but in my case it wasn't necessery). Then all I had to do is to pay. :)
I hope, that the product will be as good as my experience with the helpdesk! Thank you, and looking forward for a smooth assembly and a lot of fun with the kids!

1. I was hesitating between 2 different playground and based on the techical description I couldn't decide if they are the same size or not because the attached technical picture is the same for both but the description contains different size values.
2. It would be nice to have a hotline for each language.
3. All in all shopping experience is fine, all details are shared.

We bought TwinFlyer this year. The delivery was accurate, the process was communicated well. Assembling the playground was straightforward with using the manual, and also checking the videos available on the Wickey portal.

overpriced for the quality
The playhouse was delivered within 10 working days, so after reading some other comments claiming very long deliveries I'm happy with it.
The quality of the wood is a lot behind, what I was expecting for the price. All wood elements are very thin, I'm afraid they can break everytime. Sizes of wood-pieces have too big tolerance, all of the pieces are rough sawn, needs to be corrected before assembling. Some of the wood pieces are splitted through. No piece is pre-drilled. So overall I think I was paying ~ 50% more for the quality, than it is worth for.

Never again! The delivery time took sooooo looooong! More than 2 months! At least the assisant wanted to hell us to fond our parcel. I hade to call to Germany several times. Anyway, I Will never order again. The quality isn’t what I expected.

Great adventure for 4-10 year olds
I purchased Wickey Allstar Victory to motivate my kids for some external fun.
The assembly was easy, however the concrete base required some basic knowledge. However, if anybody says "this is a one day project to build", don't believe it. It requires longer time.
Kids love it, the 150 cm platform height has been a good choice. Each kids (9, 6, 4 years old) find their challenge.
This will be it's first winter, I hope quality will be preserved until spring. I have also stained it (yellow colour), it looks perfect.

Wickey Smart Ranger
We have bought a Wickey Smart Ranger. Setting it up is more than a walk in the park, but absolutely fun, great thing to spend time at. We have painted it as well, looks much better now. Kids love it! :)
