From order to delivery it was less than week🥰 great contact over the phone. My kids are so happy 🥰 100% RECOMMEND!!

Ordered a Berg rectangular trampoline on Saturday night and it was delivered on Tuesday. Really impressed with the communication and the delivery. The trampoline was taken up 20 steps to get to the back garden and the gentleman did a great job as the trampoline was extremely heavy. I would definitely recommend this great company. My Son will love his new trampoline. Thank you so much.

Great price
easy to complete the buying process online
arrived on time and well wrapped/handled.

I haven’t put our plum pyramid together yet so can’t comment, but I can comment on speed of delivery and helpfulness of the driver.

Great service from start to finish. It’s great to see a business providing this service so well given the present economic and political landscape in the UK.. The delivery man was top notch as well. Would definitely recommend Wicken Toys and thank you guys

The swings that we bought are very popular already!
Thank you!

Awesome company! Service superb, make you feel worthwhile, which is rare nowadays! And a great product, bought the Plum Bison and two baby swing seats.

What an incredible family-team at Wicken Toys! Firstly I would recommend visiting their showroom near Milton Keynes as the array of kids outdoor toys is incredible and great to see/test many of them in person. We recently purchased a Berg Playbase and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they were incredible. The delivery and install was fantastic. Making the entire process really enjoyable! Look forward to working with them again - such a top team!

Quick delivery.
We had viewed trampolines few days prior at Wicken. Very friendly staff. Not pushy at all but very knowledgeable an they were happy for the children to try all equipment out . Would recommend.

Delivered speedily and also delayed for the week I wanted it delivered. So great timing on two counts. I have now bought 2 trampolines. Both great. The Berg.
