Regarding your suggestion for free shipping or discounts, we understand how appealing that can be. However, because we offer our products at very competitive wholesale prices, we don’t typically offer additional discounts on top of our already low pricing. We also want to highlight that we offer quantity discounts automatically on most items and no codes are needed to take advantage of these savings!

Similarly, while free shipping may sound enticing, it’s important to note that shipping costs are always factored into the price of goods in some way, even if not immediately visible. We keep our prices as low as possible to give you the best value without compromising on quality.

Just to clarify, an automated update email with your tracking information was sent on October 23rd (subject line: “Your Wholesale Body Oils – Perfume Oil Direct Order Has Been Updated”). These emails sometimes get filtered into Updates, Promotions or Spam folders, which may be why it was missed.

Regarding your order, please note that when you made your purchase, our turnaround time was 5 to 7 business days due to a high volume of orders at that time. Our current turnaround time is always posted on the top of our website for your convenience, so you can always stay informed.

We also noticed that out of the 16 fragrances in your most recent order, only two were ones you’ve tried previously. Please keep in mind that the color of a fragrance does not indicate anything about its scent concentration. Variations in color can naturally occur due to differences in raw ingredients and dyes, but this does not impact the quality or strength of the fragrance.

We would like to assure you that there have been no changes to our fragrances or formulas, and our oils continue to be made at the highest concentration that is safe for skin use.

All of our fragrances are formulated and tested to ensure they have distinct scents that accurately reflect their intended scent profiles. All products are quality checked before shipping, so feedback like this is very uncommon for us.

It’s worth noting that scent perception can vary from person to person depending on individual skin chemistry and sensitivity to certain fragrance notes. This can sometimes make a fragrance seem lighter or less noticeable to some wearers.

We always recommend trying samples first to find the scents that best suit your personal preferences and body chemistry before purchasing larger sizes.
