Just to clarify, your order was delayed because it was placed during a very busy holiday season for us. We always post our turnaround time on the top of our website in the red bar for full transparency. Orders usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days but our turnaround time was 6 to 8 business days at the time your order was placed. This was due to an extremely high order volume and holiday closures.

Disappointed
I have been a loyal costumer since 2023, therefore this is disappointing for me to say. I waited over a week for my shipment information. I made my order on December 16th. I’m excepted to get in Jan. 5th. Unacceptable no matter how many people are buying, I think this was handled poorly. I ordered way before holiday season as well. Ive ordered from here before, it has never been this bad. Plus the overpricing taxes they now have . Overall I’m disappointed with how the company is being ran.

Thank you for your review. However, several statements made here are factually incorrect and require clarification.
When your order was placed on December 16th, our website clearly and prominently stated a processing time of 6–8 business days due to peak holiday order volume. December 16th is not “way before the holiday season”, it is during the busiest time of the year. Your order shipped 7 business days after it was placed, which is exactly within the time frame disclosed at checkout and prior to purchase.
Processing times can vary compared to prior orders, particularly during peak seasons. All products are made to order and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Hundreds of customers placed orders before December 16th, and it would not be fair or reasonable to prioritize later orders ahead of earlier ones.
Sales tax is not “overpriced” or set by us. It is legally required and calculated based on state and local regulations. Shipping costs are determined entirely by the carrier and smaller orders often appear to have higher shipping costs per item due to carrier pricing structures. We are a wholesale company so we do not have shipping costs built into the price of the product.
Our business is not being run poorly or differently than before. The only difference during this time was a significant increase in order volume, which was clearly communicated in advance. Your order was processed and shipped exactly as promised.
While we respect all feedback, this review does not accurately reflect the facts or our business.
I have been ordering cologne from you…
I have been ordering cologne from you for approx. 18 years. I buy it once per year or every two years, but buy 10 to 20 bottles. I get all of these for the same price that one bottle would cost in the store, so to be it is a win win. Plus they smell identical to the original scents and are generally stronger. With the prices being as cheap as they are, it gives me courage to experiment new brands, without a huge disappointment if they are not for me

Hey loved most of the oils
Hey loved most of the oils. The Frank and Myrrh was very faint couldn’t really smell it. All the other oils were bold and smells great. That’s the only one I have an issue with.

The price and value are unbeatable. I don't know about other reviews, but I've ordered from them 3 times, and they deliver and last a long time. I highly recommend them. Pay attention to L, M, and U labels. They mean men, lady, and unisex. I accidentally ordered 3 products that were L. But I gave it to my wife, and now she's hooked.

It’s important to note that scent longevity can vary from time to time due to a number of factors outside of our control. Temperature, humidity, body chemistry, skin condition, hydration levels, application method and even recent skincare products or lotions can all influence how long a fragrance lasts on the skin.
We understand that this experience may have felt different for you, but the product itself has not changed. You’ve placed several orders with us in the past without any concerns. This is the first time we’re hearing of an issue and it’s unfortunate that your experience led to a negative review, especially given that nothing has changed on our end.

Sampled first
I ordered samples and paid less than a dollar for each and was able to make a better decision on which fragrance was perfect for me. I don’t think any other company will do that for customers I’m going with *Versace -Dreamer-

Great Fragrance oils!
They always respond quickly to my orders. The products are great and easy to sell. I import some from overseas and buy a lot here in the states. I use them as they are and blend some into Perfume sprays. They all smell wonderful!!
