Who is is the worst hosting service provider
The worst of all as no one is accountable to any simple problem solving, in my case I have been after domain transfer and talked to 3 customer service executives and none were helpful in resolving. Emailed to the admin but never got any response back. They ask you to give 5 star for not solving their problems. What a pathetic service provider.
IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SUPPORT, OR ACCESS TO MY EMAIL
I have used this platform for a little more than a year, and was satisfied with it, until I somehow got locked out of my email account (I used Outlook)? I can still sign in and pay my hosting fee, but have tried countless times to speak to an actual person, and emailed both their Sales and Billing addresses - with zero response!? This is incredibly bad customer service, and if I'd known this would be the case, I would never have set up my website on this platform.
DO NOT USE Whois
DO NOT USE Whois - Do not trust them, we paid for a domain on the 1st. We have proof of payment. Onthe 2nd we find out that they did not process the registartion and was captured by someone else.
They made us loose a precious domain, are keeping the money we paid and are not taking responsability.
More over, their billing department is not answering to our email. We sent 3 to them alredy!
Really poor.
Really poor.
I wasn’t asking for a refund
I wasn’t requesting data recovery
Their Terms don’t prohibit discretionary credit
And yet still refused to:
Reprovision a blank service
Offer even partial credit
Accept any responsibility despite keeping all of the payment
This is a perfect example of why policy without empathy is bad business.
I will be moving all my domain names away from this organisation.
49 Hours Customer Service Response
The most unserious company in the web hosting game.
I sent them an email with a simple request, but it took 49 hours to get a response. And even when they finally replied, their answers didn’t make sense.
Keep in mind—they have no instant customer support. No live chat. No phone number to call.
So if you ever run into an urgent issue, you’re on your own… dying in your own movie.
Hosted with Whois.com since 2010
Been hosting our domains on Whois.com since November 2010, and I have to say that they have one of the better support out there. As I had been working with Siteground (who also provides really amazing service). Previous to whois.com I had worked with IXWebshosting for over twenty-years, but they sold their company, and since transferring my domains to site5, it was a horrible experience.
The benefit of Whois.com is that they offer different types of .systems, .cc, and other domains that Siteground does not offer. As an Asian based company, their service has been consistent, and are easy to access their support platform. Again, for the last 15-years I have been happy with my domains with Whois.com and their prices are also pretty affordable.
WHOIS is not trustworthy as a secure domain name check.…
WHOIS is not trustworthy as a secure check on domain name availability. At least twice I have checked on availability of unique domain names and it responded that they were available. Within half an hour they were no longer available. Coincidence? Absolutely not. "Independent" registrars are tied into WHOIS and immediately snap up the names at their special low price with the expectation that you will pay 10x+ for the names.
Locked out of account and ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I purchased a domain name from Whois.com, and the purchase process went smoothly. However, after setting up my account, I was informed that my password was incorrect, even though I had never changed it and knew it was correct. To make matters worse, I cannot reach technical support without signing into my account. How is anyone supposed to resolve a login issue if support is only accessible by logging in? It’s absurd—there is no other way to contact them. I had planned to purchase another 10 domains, but after this terrible customer service experience, I am now very hesitant. I need access to my account, and they need to fix this issue.
Waste of my time and money
Waste of my time and money. However, I recently purchased 2 domain names. Went to login using 2 factor authentication and did not receive a code to my phone despite trying several times. I have emailed them several times but had no response. Don't waste your time and money with these people.
Whois.com too many issues with this website as a…
I’ve had many issues with this website as a customer for 10 years. I’m moving away from them for my hosting. I no longer can justify their poor service and lack of payment options even though some of their prices are ok. Do not get sucked into their bad service and deleted domains and deleted hosting issues that cannot be recovered. It’s worth paying a few dollars more per month to avoid disaster. Get a real host the Whois.com website is a terrible service. I’m leaving and they are very unhelpful and do not have the decency to improve. Dead end. I really think terrible companies like their should not exist.
I bought a domain through them
I bought a domain through them. They sent a verification email link twice which does not work. Their knowledge base does not have a solution to my problem and there is no way of getting technical support. I think as a result, my domain registration is in progress and net getting done.
WHOIS.COM is HORRIBLE to get any support or reply to mails
There FREE Domain search is GREAT HOWEVER
Registered domains a few years back and NEVER can get support to answer .Tried to redirect domains and won't work ,Like an idiot I bought a hosting package and tried redirect NOPE . e mails send but wont receive . Really disappointed with them .

terrible service
terrible service, it dioesn't send me the Verification Code to my phone, so how should I log in?
Terrible service
Terrible service, avoid if you want a website or email provider.
Site is not kept up. Poorly supported.
The site is only good for looking up who owns a domain. Access to your account is intermittent and the site is poorly coded and put together. Link loops are common sending you into a spiraling tornado or chasing your tail trying to login or contact customer service.

I was recommended by a outdated friend and paid for a domain name , but never had the access , I chat with a tech support, they promised a refund but never did , I dispute the transaction with my bank , do not do business with them
refund for the unused service was denied
Ordered a SSL certificate and paid for it. Their system had trouble and could not generate the SSL certificate.
The service could not be used. Requested the refund for it. But they denied the refund. They should improve stability of their system.
