Thank you Sarah for another excellent holiday. Just returned from a perfect week in Majorca. Lovely Hotel in a quiet location but within walking distance of Old Alcudia town and coastal walks. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries.

Everything went very smoothly - from the initial booking, arranging special assistance and communicating clearly throughout, thoroughly recommend White Sands Escapes and a special thanks to Sophie for all her help!

Sophie was great!... She was always available to answer any questions and found us a great deal for our Holiday to Cyprus.

Sophie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she handled every aspect of our cruise which went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a wonderful holiday with all the stress taken out.

My husband and I recently returned from an incredible holiday to Bali - our first Asian break - and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from White Sand Escapes, particularly from Louisa, who was our dedicated travel agent throughout the process.

From our very first enquiry, Louisa was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our trip. She made the entire booking process completely stress-free and tailored every aspect of our holiday to suit us perfectly.

The hotels, locations and recommendations were fantastic, and Bali was everything we'd hoped for and more. Louisa was also at the end of the phone 24/7 in case we needed her, which we didn't in the end, but it was reassuring to gave this level of support nonetheless.

All 3 hotels have been fantastic and exactly what we asked for. Flights and transfers always tailored to our preferences. Checking in done for us. We have just returned from the most amazing bucket list holiday in Canada & Alaska. Well I don’t know where to begin. From start to finish the tailor made trip booked with Sarah @ Whitesand escapes didn’t disappoint. I have spent a long time collecting virgin points to help with the flight costs and Sarah helped me book around the options I had. There was nothing that was left out! Canada Rockies is stunning and I would highly recommend seeing it for yourselves. We did the Gold leaf Rocky Mountaineer train absolutely worth every penny ! Food was 5 star and the service is like being royalty for the day! There are so many highlights the Banff Gondola, seeing the Bears ! Alaska’s dog sledding and finishing off on Toronto niagra Falls wow! Thank you so much Sarah and Team

There are certain trips you enjoy, and then there are trips that genuinely change you as a person. My solo trip to Japan was the latter — and I honestly don’t think it would have been anywhere near as special without Sarah.

From the very beginning, Sarah understood that this wasn’t just a holiday for me. It was something deeply personal. She listened to everything I wanted from the experience and somehow turned it into a journey that exceeded every expectation I had. Every hotel, every transfer, every location and recommendation felt carefully thought through and perfectly suited to me.

Travelling solo across Japan for the first time could have been overwhelming, but because of Sarah’s organisation and support, I felt confident from the moment I left the UK to the moment I thought about travelling back home. Everything flowed effortlessly. Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Disney, Universal — every part of the trip felt seamless and stress-free because of the amount of care and detail she put into planning it.

What made Sarah stand out wasn’t just her professionalism — it was how much she genuinely cared. You can tell when someone is simply booking a trip, and when someone is invested in creating an experience you’ll remember for the rest of your life. Sarah absolutely did the latter.

This trip gave me memories I will carry forever. It pushed me outside my comfort zone, helped me reconnect with myself, and honestly changed me at my core. I came back with a different perspective on life, confidence I didn’t have before, and moments I’ll never forget — and Sarah played a huge part in making that happen.

Having just recently returned from a girl's trip to the Canary Islands I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Sophie from Whites and Escapes .
The Hotel was in a great Location , lovely and clean with super friendly staff , great variety of meal options with dietary requirements catered for too .
