Lovely pool we'll worth paying for it to be heated. Children loved it.

Book with Debbie's Villas-brilliant company!
Very easy to book with Debbie's Villas. This was our 2nd time booking with them and I can highly recommend. The villa was exactly as shown and described on the website. We were very pleased with it. We had a couple of minor issues, but after messaging the Management Company they were quickly resolved. It's great to have the free welcome pack they provide too, especially when arriving late at night and you at least have something to eat and drink.
Also the car hire was really quick and easy at the Alamo desk with no pressure to take any 'add-ons'.
I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We booked and stayed in the Windsor at Westside resort. Not often are website pics the same as the place you actually get. Not here it is as described and as pictured. My advice given to me regarding car hire helped immensely and was saved from the hard upsell at the counter and made the whole process so smooth.
If we go again we know who we are booking with no questions there.
Our amazing holiday was made all the better with the guy’s here at Debbies Villas.

I was ready to give up and to try to recover my down payment due to disappointment with my initially reserved property. The wonderful team at Debbie’s Villas went above and beyond by finding me an alternative property that actually was more expensive in a more desirable community with NO EXTRA cost to me.

We stayed in a rental in Davenport. 4 beds 3 baths with pool. What can I say a fantastic residence. Great location a home maintained to the highest standard. First time we have used Debbie’s villas we will definitely use them in future. I can not say a bad word about Debbie’s or the villa. Just the home we would love to live in full time.

It’s always a gamble finding a company on the- Debbie’s Villas was worth the gamble
It’s always a gamble finding a company on the internet without having had word of mouth recommendation previously, but I cannot fault Debbie’s Villas and will recommend them to others. Easy to use website, great communication and follow up made booking our Villa a dream! The Villa was perfect and Debbie’s Villas made the process so simple and easy, we had no issues at all.

The pre holiday pack was brilliant with info on the villa but also on Orlando itself. Really good support options if needed and the villa was excellent. Lots of hidden touches to make you feel welcome. The welcome pack was great as we were all so tired from travelling, it allowed us to get straight into bed and have some breakfast organised for when we woke. 5 stars and some!

Great villa and location
Extremely easy to book our holiday villa, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, who helped with all the extras we wanted. The motabillity scooter they arranged was brilliant on range and speed, and helped me to be able to do the Theme Parks & Florida Mall whilst awaiting a knee operation.

Villa was very large and each of the 5…
Villa was very large and each of the 5 bedrooms had its own en-suite which is great. Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Found villa a bit dingy in that I felt it needed a coat of paint. Negative was pool area, fan above table was rusty and looked liked it had seen better days and the cushions on the outside chairs needed replacing. Booking process was easy as Debbie’s villas was very helpful when we had to change date of holiday.

Im trying to access the website to contact them. Whenever I try, I get a page come up saying " you've been blocked" and a big white cross on a red background. It says 'Performance and security by Cloudflare'. My friend is experiencing the same issue. All we put into Google was the correct website address.
I cannot phone, don't have an email to write to, so now how do I contact them?!

We are very disappointed by this review. We have firewalls in place to protect from cyber attacks, which means users in certain countries will not be able to access our website. You mentioned that you don't have an email to write to, but you'd already emailed us about this matter prior to leaving the review and we had replied to you explaining the situation and offering to assist you, so we are confused by your comments and we feel that this review is very unfair as a result.

Villa at highlands reserve
Lovely villa . Lots of room . The only thing I would say is you can’t use the garage for drying your clothes like I usually do as the owners car is in there . And they need to buy tea towels and oven gloves etc . Nice pool .

Great service from start to finish
Good service from the outset and a great selection of villas to choose from on the website with competitive prices.
The villa we chose was as per the pictures on the site. A nice touch also was the welcome pack provided in the villa on arrival.
This is the first time we have used Debbie's villas but hopefully it will not be the last

Great value and utterly seamless
Booked Champions Gate for my 40th Birthday with friends. The whole journey from booking to the stay was simple and seamless. Debbies Villas tried to call before our trip but I was working right up to the last minute. It didn't matter though everything worked as you'd hope. Turned up, tapped in the code and away we went. Thank you we will use your services again.
