Here’s what I can tell you if you are able to work with these people run don’t walk to do it. They fully prepared me a former criminal defense attorney for what to expect they were beyond generous with their time.
My initial contact was with Alec, who was very helpful and when I tell you all these people are responsive it’s amazing their generosity is overwhelming
Then I worked with Forrest to develop my release plan, and the quality of the work was once again well beyond what was expected
As good as these people are and let me tell you they are great it was the opportunity to work with Joseph
That I will tell you, you can’t put a price on originally set up for an hour call we spent almost 3 hours, and he walked me through everything so that I was not going to be surprised at what to expect .obviously being extremely apprehensive I then had several follow up calls with him so I could learn the dos and don’ts well in advance
So I worked with them prior to going in. I also had Michael Santos work with me on a course to teach other inmates, but I know they work with a lot of people while they are incarcerated to help them.
These people truly care, and they know what they’re talking about.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
When my attorney asked me today did I have an idea of what to expect? I told him I had a full idea of what to expect because of Justin, Alec Forrest and Joseph.

As the wife of a white collar justice impacted person, I have spent a few years online trying to understand what was happening, the judicial system, and what will happen next. This review is specifically for the Skool site that was introduced in late July 2023 to help all justice-impacted individuals share their experiences and help with advice and practical answers. It is a unique, no-cost tool that has already helped many navigate the overwhelming difficulties of the criminal justice experience. The impact this site has had, even in the short time since being introduced, cannot be over emphasized.

WhiteCollarAdvice helped me this year in relation to a complicated extradition matter from EU to US. I have very complicated medical conditions and i was trying to fight extradition on the grounds that if i enter the US prison system i will most likely die. I have oncological problems as well as blood coagulation condition and had few Pulmonary Embolisms. Scott and Carole showed amazing professionalism and Carole prepared for me truly great medical report/affidavit regarding the risks and lack of medical care in US prisons, which i presented to the local court in the extradition hearing. The report was very detailed, straight to the point and i believe it played a role in the rejection of the extradition. Also the fees they charged me was 2-3 times lower than other specialists i found in the same area of expertise. I trully recommend their services and last but not least they delivered the report on time and without any compromises. I definitely give them 5 stars

If you find yourself in the unenviable position of facing federal prosecution, Scott Laney and his team are an invaluable resource. From the first phone call Scott showed a genuine empathy and interest in my case. We set about on a course of action to try and get the best possible outcome for me, and we succeeded. I was facing the toughest judge in my district and mandatory minimum sentencing guidelines with an attorney whose efforts were lackluster at best. After reading the story of Michael Santos, I was inspired to fight my own fight. Scott and his team helped me put together the right information to effectively communicate to every stakeholder in my case.
Scott prepared me for my pre sentence investigation (PSR) when my attorney shrugged it off as not important - "just some questions". It felt good to go into that interview 100% prepared and I left that interview feeling confident that I had conveyed the right information.
From there Forrest helped me craft a letter to my judge. Again my attorney downplayed the importance of this but at sentencing my judge quoted several parts of my narrative back to me. Time in the courtroom is incredibly limited and having this judge know me better as a person in advance, through this narrative was a game changer.
I can not speak highly enough about my consultant Joseph De Gregorio. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, reassuring and passionate. He helped me put my limited time to the best possible use and because of his guidance and suggestions I was allowed to self surrender and the judge actually remarked that she had never seen anyone as extraordinarly prepared as I was.
Thanks to White Collar Advice I got the absolute best outcome I could hope for in my case. Their passion for helping people and justice reform is genuine. Their methods are incredibly well researched and solid. I never imagined I would be facing federal indictment one day. However, through family tragedy and poor decisions afterward I am exactly in that unfortunate situation. When I was first arrested I felt hopeless and alone. The majority of friends and people I knew turned their backs on me. I was on YouTube searching for any kind of information or hope. I discovered Justin Paperny and began watching his videos. I started researching him and found that he had once been in my situation. I discovered his website and all the resources he provides justice impacted people. Once I joined his community I found many others that had gone through this. There were people at all stages of the process. All of them help one another with advice, knowledge, and support. This website has saved my life. I am prepared now for what is ahead of me. I have tools and knowledge to help make my outcome better. I have people I can talk to that understands what I’m going through. When my journey with the justice system is over I’m going to continue being a part of this community. The people here are wonderful people. They all have something positive to add to this world. I came across White Collar Advice through watching YouTube videos from Michael Santos. He gained my trust through his authenticity and mission statements provided in those videos. I knew I needed help in mitigating my legal circumstances more than my lawyer could provide so I reached out to Scott Laney and he replied almost immediately.

I ran across White Collar Advice and Justin Paperny/Michael Santos for a problem I was dealing with regarding the government. The website and associated videos were incredibly helpful, and provided immense value at no cost. I was able to read through and watch their information ( including associated websites) for several months, taking notes and following their guidance. Their recommendations about internalizing what you have learned from any mistakes, accepting responsibility, feeling and showing genuine remorse and having a plan moving forward were invaluable. I had a great Pre-Sentence interview ( based on a number of their articles/videos online) and was able to put together a personal narrative and proper character letters using their information. On the scale of things, my issue was "smaller" than some ( but a big deal to me!). If it were not for an immense personal issue, that believe it or not was far more significant than a government investigation, I definitely would have hired them for help along the way. Scott Laney, my contact, was extremely considerate, informative and definitely recommended. In the end, I received about 1/2 the sentence the government wanted, and was even complemented by the Judge for my taking responsibility, showing regret in my actions as well as words, and having a game plan moving forward.....Thank you Scott/Justin/Michael and White Collar Advice!
