This company was one of very few that seem to still stock 800×1200 shower formers, which was what I was looking for. Delivery was prompt and it came with everything we needed to install it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We are now in an age where you expect good customer service..... a seamless, trusworthy and professional experience online. Wetroomstop is way of the mark. No e mail verification of my order or when it was to be delivered...Taking days to answer e mails b4 getting tbe order..which was not as expected and returned for a refund. No reply again for a week and then called them to be told not all products delivered....which were all shrink wrapped together.
The guy on the phone wouldn't even commit to paying me for the one item they said they had as he didn't know how much it was worth. !!!
And were also laughing on the phone.
Very likely a scam so beware. Im still waiting for a refund two weeks on.
HAVE NOW RECIEVED A FULL REFUND. I received a call from someone higher up in the company following my review on trust pilot. He was very helpful, apologetic and provided a full refund. Hopefully customer service will now be reviewed and improved for future customers.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. Order confirmation e-mails are sent automatically to the address specified during checkout, I can see that it was properly sent to your e-mail address. We do not know why it wasn't delivered to your inbox.
We had a delay with replying to your e-mail because we tried to clarify the return details, as only part of the order was returned to our warehouse. I am also sorry we were unable to immediately answer your query on the phone about what the partial refund for the incomplete return would be. We needed to clarify a few details before we could confirm.
In the end, we decided to grant you a full refund, which was granted the same day we confirmed it. Everything was done according to our terms and the has been sent back to your account. We may have been replied to your queries earlier, I agree. However, we had to confirm a few facts first.

Numerous calls to customer Service
I have called them on Monday to order a 800 mm x 1200 mm shower base with Linear Drain. They said they are waiting for a shipment to arrive on Wednesday, I needed it delivered Thursday but then they never answered the phone again between Monday and Tuesday, I left a message for a call back on Wednesday but didn't receive any calls, When I called on Thursday they said all of the new shipment has now been sold to other people. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I would not recommend them!

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. Since you never ordered from us, there's nothing we could do better with the order. We would obviously offer a pick up and full refund or partial refund as reimbursement for problems if the actual order was placed.
We apologise for not being able to reply to every single call in this difficult time. After the personnal shortage is over, now 2 more of my colleagues are replying Customer enquiries. We also do our best to reply to every single voicemail and call back every unanswered phone. However we were unable to find your voicemail in our box, therefore we could not answer.
Since my colleagues are now back to health and work, we are not only replying to every phone and email, but also trying to reply to chats on our website in the late evening hours.
