WESTFIELD FASTENERS LIMITED Bewertungen

Small order, easy to order, excellent choice, ordered one day, delivered next! Kept me informed would definitely use again.

Comprehensive range of bolts, which are easy to identify on the web site. Ordering process was straightforward and confirmation of the order and its dispatch were promptly notified. It took just over 24 hours from placing the order to being in receipt of the items ordered. Clear documentation including a sales receipt. Excellent service.

Wanted a nut and bolt supplier. Found this specialist.
Selecting the fasteners has always been so comfortable, well explained, sufficient selection to choose from and reasonable quantities.

So I keep going back and would recommend.

Items arrived next day.

A wide range of good quality items available. Reasonable prices and shipping costs. Secure packaging .Fast despatch. Good communication.

Competive pricing - efficient service - fast delivery.

Ordered then find out most of it is out of stock via email I asked can send out what they have said yes but

They wanted to charge me another delivery charge

Lady on the phone said I should have done 2 orders 1 for the stuff out of stock and another for the what's in stock always blame the customer that's great customer service

The website never shows what not in stock clearly they just don't care

Reply

It's the fact you won't send out what you have in-stock for free and when I brought the items the website said everything in-stock otherwise would not have brought from you that time

By the time you had confirmed the refund I already had received the items from somewhere else

It's taken you this long to reply

Exelent, fast delivery, quality products, competitive prices.

Only had a small order. Other companies and shops wanted bulk orders. Company was pleased to have my business.
Excellent service.
Would definitely recommend.

Have placed a few small orders over the last few years. Excellent business. 100%, A1 service and a great range of fastenings. Thank you.

Place ordered for next day and received like stated.
Great communication can't fault.
Thank you.

The screws are to the exact specifications on the website; they are well made. There were polite updates on my order with quick delivery. Best of all, there is no minimum order so I didn't have to buy a lot of screws when I only needed 10. I also like the detailed measurements of each screw on their website, this helped me to get the exact screw that I was looking for. I will definitely use them again.

one of the best online shop website I've used. Amazing detailed info and easy purchase/basket.
Top quality industry standard items.
Now my goto shop for my home DIY projects.

Top quality parts and very quick delivery. This supplier has a good selection, good prices and so far everything has been from stock.
They are a perfect supplier for anyone restoring old vehicles and are happy to supply small quantities.
I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be buying from them again.

Excellent company. Easy to find items, good quality and good prices. Sent very quickly, well packed.
Gratifying to find a UK based company willing to sell in very small quantities, invaluable for prototype work.

I’m a continually repeating domestic customer for smallish quantities of fasteners. The website is first class, the ordering process is easy and quick, and the prices are fair. Packaging is excellent and dispatch efforts are of a standard I wish all suppliers matched.
Absolutely nothing not to like about Westfield Fasteners!

Great service every time I deal with them, so helpful if you need to ask any questions, otherwise your order just arrives, no hassles, use them regularly for most of my fasteners.

A resupply of socket cap screws I was running out of suddenly came to the top of my 'to do' list. I ordered on Tuesday and my screws were delivered on Thursday!

I ordered stainless steel so that they don't rust as my garage (where I store nuts, bolts and washers) can be a little damp in the winter.

Good products , good service
