WESTFIELD FASTENERS LIMITED Bewertungen

Dreadful company , ordered products wasnt needing them immediatley when i opened the box some of the products were wrong (my fault).
called them straight away as i still required the correct items and return the wrong ones.
I got a someone sounded like an old boy in a shed who couldnt help ( or maybe is told not too ) had to email the problem over only.
Took over 24 hrs to respond with a very unhelpful response which was they are unwilling to help and send me there return policy ( yes i know its out of time) spent £440 on just nuts and bolts for one of my 15 vans - lost my business going forward
AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Sally C is a star

I needed a quote and she responded within about an hour. Completely saved my bacon

Thanks Sally and WFF team

Friendly and helpful, had what I needed in stock and was delivered next day!

If I could, I will give them -10 stars, what a nonsense and time wasters, when placing order, ive been told it will be dispatched within 2 working days, delivery have been dispatched after several weeks, and even then, it have been delayed by the courier.

Making long story sort, I can buy them myself directly from China, for friction of price, and same delivery time.

Naming themselves uk based company mean the same I'm from moon, and I can send your order tonight.

Well disappointed.

In my opinion its a scam and time wasting.

Chris.

Have purchased from this company a number of times ... only small orders ... but every time have received excellent quality products with clear packaging and prompt delivery. Highly recommend.

I live in a remote area and often need to buy stainless steel fixings in small quantities eg machine screws or wood screws with Torx heads, and I have found Westfield Fasteners to be ideal because they provide this rare service, and their carriage charges are very reasonable compared to other sources I have tried. My recent order was for a few very small M5 machine screws to replace some worn-out posidrive screws on my bench saw with stainless Torx head ones. Ordering was straightforward and they arrived two days later. . .a perfect fit. Next time I will save myself hours of fruitless searching online and try Westfield first. I would give them more than 5 stars.

Wonderful company. Great prices . Highly recommend.

Great range of fixings, good prices and above all great service.

Excellent range of fastenings and quick efficient serf ice

Ordered a few times now from Westfield Fasteners and the service is A1 as always. Delivery is prompt with no delays and products are top quality.
I will continue to use them for future purchases of stainless and non stainless Nuts and Bolts and highly recommend this company for there service and quality products.

Thank you kindly

Excellent range and reasonable prices with prompt service.

I may well be the smallest customer they have in terms of quantities bought, but they have always dealt with my orders quickly and accurately. Delivery is always quick, and the online catalog makes finding what I want simple. Top company.

Highly recommended! They have a very large selection of products and the shipping was fast. The best part is that you can buy screws and nuts by the piece. You only buy what you need, not what you are forced to. I will definitely buy from them again!

Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday morning great service items are top quality ,supplied in thick resealable bags with readily readable labels.
A true professional service for quality engineering fixtures.
Would recommend seller greatly appreciated thank you.

I have used westfield fastners on serveral occasions. First class service every time. Quick delivery and good communication on order progress. The website is easy to use. Good choice of products available in both stainless and non stainless steel.

Excellent quality, helpful and informative communication, very well packaged, and quickly dispatched and delivered. An all-round first class service, and how business should be done. This is where I’ll be getting my screws, fasteners etc in the future. Highest recommendation!

Delivery was very fast. The items were extremely well packaged. Communications from the company were very good. I'm very happy with the items I purchased, as well as the prices and delivery charges. Very satisfactory overall, and a company I will now be making my first port of call when requiring marine grade stainless steel items.

My go-to place for all kinds of nuts, bolts, fasteners, always come up with the ideal product for this amateur DIY enthusiast, including the latest, when I carelessly ordered the wrong size of screws. I returned the order, with a new request for the correct size, and, since it was my fault, told them to please keep the original payment and charge me afresh for the new ones. However, they generously would have none of it, and promptly sent me the replacement screws as well as a refund. Happy to recommend Westfield Fasteners.

Great range of products at good prices and fair costs for p&p.
Very helpful Customer Service and respond quickly to enquiries.

The website is easy to navigate and has a huge range of fasteners, making ordering hassle-free. In my experience delivery has been quick with items ordered well packed. A 5* seller highly recommended.
